@MrMusicBubble That is Easy =) You get the ordinary file in the windows movie maker (where all the videos is) And just drag it twice down to the timeline.Or if you mean not in windows movie make you just right click the file and press copy , then you right click an other place and press paste. =)

you cant like on xp but what i do to get it louder is I take the audio from the video and copy and paste it into the audio music part of the timeline. it usually make the audio better.
