it is an OH58...as far as duster pilots go, insureance stop covering them if they go for too long without an incident, because its not a matter of if, but when in that business.
I don't think this is a ranger I think its an OH58A+, look at thte back window and the 90 degree is not covered. Pretty much the same helicopter as the Jetranger, 58's are just stronger.
You can do an auto rotation at this speed, just hope their isn't nothing close by when you do it. I use to fly one of these an have done a slide on autorotate in the field. It take many hours and a good pilot to do this.
imlaco, To answer your question the helicopter is out of ground effects when spraying crops especially the one in this video.

It is in Yuma valley. My father flew that aircraft for that company so it could be him flying it but not sure
