@kaoruangel -- Thanks for the nice comment! actually we have no marketing, PR department, etc. we make our own videos. We hope to post 5 more soon. Let us know if there are topics you guys want covered.
Re getting paid - we work for Microsoft, so we're getting paid, tho if many more ppl used PTVS maybe they'll give us a bonus someday :).
