Lame, first thing is, thats all business with obvious suck ace behavior, though I suppose that works on the overeducated hardup no friends type. But does that work on your sophisticated successful top of the heap person? I say start with, "whoops do you smell that?" egad was that you, no im just kidding, must have been me then, nah im just kidding, then allow smile consuming person to introduce themselves and absolutely no biz, who cares, that will come next time. There are a zillion other ways.
