These kids were decieved to get into Jihad because they don't have anything to do in their life. Then, they were punished for what they did by USA. They have suffered from being decieved by Jihadist to get into their wars. They have been tourtured by USA in Guantanamo. I believe they should have some treatment for all what they have been through simply to tell them you don't have to suffer and be deluded any more. While these people have been involved in suspicious activity prior to being arrested, the issue was they they were not afforded basic rights under US and international law during the course of their detainment. Has 'innocent until proven guilty' changed because of 'heightened security'?

The concept of innocent until proven guilty is not for war, it's for criminal justice. It simply doesn't apply here. These aren't people being arrested on the street and then put on trial, these are enemy combatants taken captive by American soldiers after firing at them in battle.
