Yeah,I agree.I'm only 16,& I hope 2 pledge AKA 1st n college (in '08), but I kno that u hafta respect the Divine Nine,& I kno that it'z important 4 Black sororities,especially,2 get along b4 all other sororitiez. I personally prefer AKA stepz & mannerisms,but Delta is powerful,so if u don't like Delta, then do so respectfully & not like rudely.I luv AKA,2, but u never kno if u will end up pledging that Delta Sigma Theta; then will u b talkin junk about them like that???? I do agree with chicagyrl4801, what you see on the outside of the sorority, is just a reflection on how hard each organization must work. I am a proud Sigma Gamma Rho, and I love my other greek sororities, we all work massively hard, and we all must try and uplift each other. Really you people need to humble your souls, and conform your hatred into love.

these comments just go to show what peoples perception of deltas and aka's are and it is oh so wrong. If you like a sorority because of its colors or the way they step or to be able to make the calls they make then your not wanting to be in a sorority for the right reasons. Its not just about who steps better. Do your reasearch, know where and what they are all about then open your mouth. Speak when you've gotten some letters.

LOL. You can't be logical with children who have been allowed to play grown up. No home training. You try not to embarrass them, but sometimes you have to. All you can do is hope and pray that they mature a little before they are unleashed into the real world. It's really sad that most likely another ignorant response will pop up here.
