Perhaps I am just naive, but since we are in such an economic slump why don't we just pull all aid to everyone and pull our troops out of Afghanastan and Iraq. We can not afford to be sending money overseas right now. Maybe in two or three years we could but now I think the money could be used to balance the budget, health care, schools, roads, creating jobs.
