When do you get time to workout since your always busy? I ask because I want to start working out but I have the same schedule as you and I am so exhausted that idk when to work out
@coachmerhoff your statements were nice, but as for who I make my videos for it would be a waste of time. I direct my diets toward females. Most who needs tips not scientific facts. Beginners. Someone like me who is in to competing should see a coach or dietitian to go into full detail. Do you think added sodium benefits your diet? The last thing a woman wants it to carry extra water weight. Or not fir in her favorite jeans. Food have natural sodium which is needed for the body to function and
It would be interesting if (I have not seen other videos) you could explain why you combine certain foods and what nutrients require those combinations. This helps a lot of people to understand why they will benefit from mixing veggies with fats, etc... And make sure that you understand how nutrients are absorbed otherwise you really don't know if you get anything out of the food you are consuming. Just because you eat it does not mean you absorb it. And cutting out sodium is not as essential.
I understand this is a side thing for you, but this would just increase your validity and the benefits that people would get from your videos. Also various concepts you propose are not completely true if you read up on more research and texts. A lot of good info you throw out there, just to be honest nothing that anyone who has not watched infomercials wouldn't already know. Going beyond the basics will separate you. Unless of course you do not care. Keep rocking!

omg you're pre-med? that's awesome! i would love to hear you talk more about this and your schedule! what are you majoring in and what field would like to work in after med school?...i've been wanting to do pre-med since i was little but...i kind of worry these days that it will get in the way of my fitness goals. =(

I too work a lot of hours and am also in law school and exercise was previously something I considered unimportant, I made excuses that I did have time, I couldn't afford the gym, or that i just 'didn't need to'. When I met my boyfriend, he motivated me to get to the gym & start exercising. Now I can't believe I ever thought I could go without it! I've made time for my workouts & am working toward my fitness goals!

what does it mean for meats to be lean? i only eat chicken and fish and i want to try other healthy meats but i dont know where to start, help? lol :)
@m0sas lean means less fat. turkey is another great lean meat. i wouldn't call salmon a lean meat, but the fat that it has is very healthy so salmon is great. tuna is very lean though.
