Finding the British Council at Lam Hong Kwong School

Cosumer Council said some restaurant at Shatin asked for extra 10 percent after 10 percent. Now, I find it is the problem such as Fook Choi Restaurant at City One, I have been in this restaurant for twice in a week. Its price cheated us (you check !). When you pay the bill, you would see thing you ask for, do not come but billed, while you have not asked for they come. I do not cheat you! Those who always stay there would know if they pay attention.
