  • I had to run the video couple of times as i kept losing the attention towards the recipe :)

  • I love your video and your confidence in presenting this. I loved this recipe except for the oil part. Can I instead bake eggplants in nonstick pan with minimum oil? Or will that alter taste dramatically? If not, what do you do with that spicy leftover oil?

  • Hey very nice dish.I like the minute details you have added in your recipes.Your ease to presenting is visble from this recipe to the newly ones.Keep it up.

  • @shrutee5316 Thanks Shrutee.

  • That's so true. As it marinates in the refrigerator, it tastes better-very flavorful. Thanks for sharing. That doesn't look like 1 Tbsp (Tablespoon) of garam masala, it looks more like 1 tsp (teaspoon)

  • @ItVeganAtGenesis

Thank you for your comment! It tastes great the next day, only if it even lasts that long8) I added a heaped spoon of Garam masala and then some more. It's definitely not a tsp. But next time I make a video, I better use the right measures so that viewers may not get confused. Good that you brought this up. Thanks again!
