I love your video and your confidence in presenting this. I loved this recipe except for the oil part. Can I instead bake eggplants in nonstick pan with minimum oil? Or will that alter taste dramatically? If not, what do you do with that spicy leftover oil?

Hi Radha it's the 1st time I watch your video. And you win my heart after that am watching all of your video. I love those type of food I didn't know how to make it and usual I have to go to east London which is far from where I live to eat such food. Thank you a lot. You r very clean and beautiful. God bless keep it up.
Awesome. Thanks for the recipe. My friends really loved the curry. I used chat masala instead of aamchur powder since I don't have it. Is there a chicken biryani recipe???
u r so lovely, I like ur dishes, they are awesome and like u very much for ur lovely smile and presentation. r u in US?, just wanted to know whether u r from andhra?. u r superb. i have become ur fan.
Hey very nice dish.I like the minute details you have added in your recipes.Your ease to presenting is visble from this recipe to the newly ones.Keep it up.
That's so true. As it marinates in the refrigerator, it tastes better-very flavorful. Thanks for sharing. That doesn't look like 1 Tbsp (Tablespoon) of garam masala, it looks more like 1 tsp (teaspoon)
Thank you for your comment! It tastes great the next day, only if it even lasts that long8) I added a heaped spoon of Garam masala and then some more. It's definitely not a tsp. But next time I make a video, I better use the right measures so that viewers may not get confused. Good that you brought this up. Thanks again!
I had to run the video couple of times as i kept losing the attention towards the recipe :)
