  • hey man, just read the description and yeah you're using too much lower back, best tip i can give you and its what our weights lifting coach at rugby gave us, it's think about dropping your sack straight to the floor this enables you to engage your hamstrings and glutes more effectively and takes the strain out of your lower back.
