the girl basing in green should be the back instead, shes the tallest so it might make the stunt a little sturdier, especially on that last one. flyer,be more confident when youre up there and stay super duper tight also work on the arm motions a little! also, try to be a tad safer, use mats and dont laugh while stunting. other than that, pretty good job ladies!

They way you load into your stunts, if you are going to jump in like that the bases should be closer together, and you should keep your butt up high, so it doesn't look so sloppy. ESPECIALLY for a basket toss, it would go higher and smoother if you keep your butt up when loading in, and ride the basket high before doing the toe touch. If you hold your butt up and hold your own weight, the bases can throw much higher, try to stand up straight in the hair, hit the basket and cradle back down.

Why do you fall into your cradle? you should be thrown and throw yourself. pop yourself. Front spots are a good thing to half you go twice as high in basket tosses and you wont need to do step ups to get to an extention prep and a full. Your bases are taller than your backspot which is part of the problem, she can't reach. anyways dont yell at this person about the front spot because my high school competition team uses them and we are a million times better with a front. try it sometime.

This is good, but the flyer really needs to work on not dropping her but when loading into the stunts. And for the extension, the base in the black shirt needs to make sure she does put her arms over her head..
and using a front spot for basket tosses is a really good idea for high school. it gets the flyer higher if the front spot really gets under the stunt. im a flyer and i really can tell the difference with and without a front spot.
on the cradles for your stunt group and the one in the back make sure you pop with your legs more bc its just like a dead drop for the flyers. it will look a lot better and make it easier to catch her high
@DHSCheerleader02 Yeah me too. But it depends if the bases are taller then the backspot. The backspot wouldn't be able to grab the ankle in an extension. And it really doesn't matter how tall the bases are.

These stuns are pretty good. But flyer make sure to stay tight and when you fall, fall in a "T", Make sure when you do a basket stand up and ride it ALL the way to the top !Ohh, Im on Varsity and a freashman and Im also a compotition cheerleader we use fronts for EVERYTHING! Fronts dont mean your bad, Fronts make your stunts look cleaner and make your baskets go higher and your cradles look cleaner. Just so you have that information, you could prorablly have a nice lib if you had a front!(:

In your baskets, the flyer needs to really push off the shoulders of her bases and ride it all the way to the top before pulling the toe touch. You all have the strength to get the basket wayyy higher! You need to fully extend the arms, at the moment the arms stop at shoulder hight, if you pushed all the way to the top so they were above you head she could easily go a few feet higher!! Good work :)
Flier you need to put your but in the air girl. You seem do do a great job holding your own weight on the bases shoulders, but you sink your but wich makes it harder for your bases to get you up. Try it and you will see that you can be even that much better and get a hight basket toss. :)

When the top loads in she needs to keep her butt high and hold your own weight. then wen you are about to throw bases use those legs and extend arms all the way and top push off. if you do these things your basket will get higher. also wen the flyer is executing execute at the top right it till you hit the peak hit your execution at the top.hope that made sence!
these were pretty good but make sure when you throw a basket the flyer has to stand up right away and bases use your legs & when you fly put the weight in your arms becuase it will help you get in then taking huge jump for loading lol but those were pretty good!
i like the second stunt the elevator one it was cool and with the basket toss make sure your flyer rides it and make sure you use your arms and legs to throw

You drop your butt really bad and it is harder for the bases to get you up in the arm. Hold yourself up, chest up, & definitely your butt.

In your baskets, the flyer needs to really push off the shoulders of her bases and ride it all the way to the top before pulling the toe touch. You all have the strength to get the basket wayyy higher! You need to fully extend the arms, at the moment the arms stop at shoulder hight, if you pushed all the way to the top so they were above you head she could easily go a few feet higher!! Good work :)
