Everybody my age and older will agree. Im talking bout a time period where shows like Rap City and Yo MTV Raps were 2hr shows. That demanded ones attention if you were into to Hip Hop. I am 33 from Brooklyn, NY and I definitely grew up with hip hop first hand. There is plenty of great hip hop being produced right now by acts like Mad Lib, MF Doom, Little Brother, Elzhi, Blu and on and on being produced. I don't listen to 'rap' so I will leave that for you. I'll give you little Brother.Thats it.You missed my point about mentioning the TV shows.I do miss shows like those.the Real Rap City hosted by the Mayor.What I miss is the dedication these shows gave to a market that was pure and RAW.Not this step on shit that is being forced fed to the masses.I do agree there are some ppl still making good music(Outkast) but most started during the latter 10 year period.MF doom are you kidding...lol.....I suppose your going to say he's dope right?Please
