  • thanks SirCujoDog, your awesome for uploading these for us to enjoy!

  • I love how Sanctorum kills Paul's argument about gun lawsuits and Paul still thinks he's right. What an idiot

  • @MeganHP13

Understanding Ron Paul fully takes an IQ over 120.

You don't have it, yellow bus.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer Riiight. Can't come up with a good argument so just call the other person an idiot! Where'd you get that number anyways? Pulled it out of your ass I bet. I can assure you I understand his policies just fine. There is more than one answer you know. It takes an idiot to back a candidate who hasn't gotten anything done that is full of talk and big ideas. How long has he been in the business of politics? How much has he gotten done? Nothing.

  • @MeganHP13 I like how Santorum can't possibly win and he still tries. I really want Paul to win but Romney has been leading the poles from the very start. I almost guarantee that Romney will be put as the republican candidate, no matter how much I would like to see Paul get there instead.

  • @telemarker93 He's come the closest out of all of them though. I think if Romney wasn't running then Sanctorum would be the nominee. But yeah you're right, its gonna be Romney.

  • @MeganHP13 I am tired of Obama and I would vote for Romney, but if Santorum actually got the candidacy, I would vote for Obama in a heartbeat. He is too extreme, too bigoted, and too zealous (religiously). Romney I see as a "meh", he isn't anything special but he isn't anything terrible either.

  • @telemarker93 Yeah it sucks there aren't any good candidates. Everyone's going to vote for the lesser evil :/

  • @MeganHP13 Amen

  • @telemarker93 Why not be true to yourself, and WRITE-IN Ron Paul ?

The most courageous among us, refuse to sell-out as "Spoilers".

That, to me, is truly cowardice.

One should stick firm to one's guns, no matter what.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer While it may be an option, I would rather cast my vote Romney if Paul is unavailable. I will not risk letting votes like mine allowing Santorum anywhere near the oval office. However, if I think Paul has a good chance of winning, I will definitely vote for him.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer Do you know how stupid that would be? That would be like throwing away your vote.

  • @telemarker93

Every poll except what I'll call "Internet Click" polls, should be disregarded as biased bullshit.

Every time I click on a Yahoo Poll or EVEN a poll that was on Huffington??? I think, or a similar online paper --- ALWAYS show Paul at 80-90% of the vote.

These policy centers, think tanks, etc...they all have agendas according to who funds or threatens them.

People aren't going to fall for this bullshit much longer -- or tolerate it.

    There is a snapping point.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer While that is a good point, I almost guarantee that Romney will win. If I am wrong than I still win because I want Ron Paul to be in office.

  • Romney wants to do away with Super PACs? PLEASE. If he didn't want them putting out ads for him he wouldn't take their money. Down with Romney.

  • @jennycook08 He doesn't get any money from Super PACs, but you're right. No politician would give away their PACs willingly. Especially when the PACs can make up crap that makes the others look bad and then the candidate can just claim they had nothing to do with it.

  • Gingrich has theIdea , Drop No Child Left Behind and Send the Responsibility back to the States with the strong advice that the States also reduce their Education bureaucracy leaving it up to the Counties and the Municipalities to run their schools , ask yourself : Whatever Happened to the Good old PTA ? even though they are still there they are seriously being outgunned by the Feds and the NEA ..Oh Yeah and let's tell the NEA to take a long walk off a short pier ... You Go Newt :)

  • Do you notice in these debates that when Ron speaks like the adult he is, the rest look at him like the persons they really are...kids, in comparison.

  • predator drones for border control??. im all for stopping illegal immigration but cummon rick. thats high tech military weaponry

  • these idiots in the audience is sickening. i feel like im watching a dr phil episode. whenever somebody raises theyre voice and puts together a rational thought, weather it is true or not, they applaud as if they just herd that the budget has been balanced

  • I LOVE RON PAUL, BUT PLEASE VOTE FOR ONE OF THESE GUYS!!!

  • McCain/Finegold and Campaign Finance reform is a free expression issue. Laws limiting how much money one can give to a campaign violates free expression as it relates to economic expression. The voluntary donation of money to a political campaign no matter how much it is is a form of expression. Telling me I can only donate $10,000 is akin to telling me I can only use 10,000 words to express my views.

  • I don't know that all ron paul supporters and independents would go toward gingrich, but lets face it, I think all Ron Paul supporters want Obama out of office just as much as Newt, Romney, Santorum, and Perry supporters do. We need to stop the fighting amongst ourselves and have genuine discussions as to how we can win our country back from an administration that seems set on destructing it. Stop the personal insults on people that support others of the SAME party!

  • @jordon3993

Jordan, the parties fight in public, but are football-slapping each other on the ass when not in public view.

They are all controlled by the same people.

  • It appears that Newt doesn't speak English very well either. 9:17

  • @911littlebrother He's an accademic who has made his living speaking. Perhaps the fact that he's an army brat and has moved around alot and now has to appeal to the south a region where he is not a native, the newness of accents and such poses speech difficulties for him.

  • Reminds me of a quote... "As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron." — H. L. Mencken

  • So you shouldn't be able to sue a company if their product malfunctions and injures you?

  • @IronPriest82 No, but there should be loser pays atleast 50% of court costs of the winner and or more pre-trial coneferences which have the power to summarily dismiss claims that lack merrit.

  • @IronPriest82 I believe the ban was on the gun working properly, not malfunctioning. So people can't sue a gun company for shooting themselves in the foot if the gun was working properly and the user was just an idiot.

  • I got a question what defence problem is bigger then defending Americas Border isn't that the job of the defence Department to defend the USA and its borders. Is thats not its primary and should be sole objective. Otherwise, maybe it should be called The Department of War. Clearly people seem to think the job of the defence department of the USA should be putting the defence of The USA lower then that other nations. Its time America Defended America.

  • Romney wants super pacs to disappear b/c he has millions of his own money...

  • @senatorTonyKreutzer You are spot on. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate that could out debate Obama, not only would he out-debate him, he would DESTROY him! Newt, Perry, Romney and Santorum are stereotypical republicans that will not get any democrat or independent votes.

  • @shimmyshimmysham6969

    Thank you !

Paul would bring all the filth, the lies, the secrets all out into the open as well.......the most beautiful part is that Obama would have to answer, or get caught ducking.

This man will need physical protection at some point.

....don't know how I could offer to be a bodyguard, but I'd offer to taste his food.

This is going to be a dirty-ass fight down the road.

    Paul supporters HANG ON.

This will get nasty, and expensive.

  • unfortunately the media is determined to waylay ron paul, america's best choice to escape tyranny.

  • All The Janitors are not going to vote for Newt. I think his school janitor idea is stupid if elected all the janitors will be on unemployment. I think Janitors deserved to be paid well it's a dirty job a the deserve the pay.

  • I find Perry's "Gong" comment about Paul funny, since he should have had about 15 gongs go off during his Oops Moment!

  • @hillerysean Ron Paul was babbling and going well over the exceeded time. They should have shut him up. It was disrespectful.

  • Jordan, admitting to watching Fox proves your ignorance and discredits every word you say.

  • Should be Gingrich 2012, but the dang repubs want romney...:(

  • And Brad, lighten up! Paul supporters are starting to make him look worse! It was amazing, at first, how supportive many were of him. Now they are really getting annoying with their personal attacks on people who do not support him. You say you will read a book while I watch FOX, which I assume was a shot at my intel. because I am not for Paul. Yet you don't know the first thing about my level of education or how I base my leanings toward one candidate over another. We are each against Obama!!!

  • @jordon3993

If you had any economic mindfulness at all, and an ability to see a big picture, you would know that Paul is the right choice.

But it takes an IQ over 120 to "get" him, and it looks like many people just dont have it.

Everybody wants someone TALL, NICE HAIR, etc.... we've all seen the Natural Selection bullshit before, though most still are in denial about it.

    It's sad really.

  • @bradlom80 rum. Newt's ethics violations as the house speaker and worse that he was paid (for lobbying) 1.6 million dollars from Freddie Mac who had to be bailed out by Taarp funds because of bad decisions made by the government run housing. In return WE the american taxpayers are on the hook for paying for all of this but this acceptable for someone who could be our President. The problem is that these Corps. do not have to be responsible for their actions and then turn around give out bonuses

  • @bradlom80 while the american taxpayers lose their homes and lose their jobs. This really bothers me. Why is Ron Paul the only one who speaks about the Federal Reserve system and their crooked and secretive ways. Now that people are aware of this you might a hear comment about it now from Gingrich, Perry, etc.

Ron was the only one out of all the candidates to warns us about this. Dr. Paul has been saying this for years and told us we were heading for this disaster all along.

  • @bradlom80 So yes Ron Paul supporters are pissed!! No one running understands why the problem happened or how to fix it or they know now and want fix the problem because it means having to cut spending. So when we here all of these comments that having nothing to do with the real problems facing america. We hear all of these attack on a man who is standing up against the status-quo on both sides REPS and DEMS. Mitt Romney is bought and paid for by the same special interests groups. Paul isnt.

  • @bradlom80 sorry for some misspells I typed this in like 45 seconds. Just remember that we really care about what is happening in this country. God Bless.

  • Ron Paul can't win, because he speak his mind, he's not playing the game. The others are not here to debate they can't, they are way to stupid except maybe Romney, who understand business Newt is a racist , perry ignorant ,stupid , Santorum way to stupid and I bet he never travel out side the US way to stupid and he watches lot of movies .

  • Trust me, my thoughts about Ron Paul's ability to beat Obama has nothing to do with what Fox or CNN says. You go right ahead and read a book. I'm not sure if reading a book means you think you're smarter than I am because you think Ron Paul can beat Obama and I don't. He CANNOT beat Obama!! On top of that, our country cannot risk NOT beating Obama! Watch it again...he got booed because he sounded like a bumbling idiot. Great ideas....just bad at conveying them. That's all I'm saying.

  • @jordon3993 so you really think all of us Ron Paul supporters and the tons of independents would vote for Newt Gingrich!! HAHAHA!! You are kidding yourself!

    RON PAUL 2012!!

  • Comment removed

  • paul 1st........newt 2nd...........perry 3rd

  • Ron paul has a lot of good ideas, and he clearly cares a lot about our country. He is also very passionate and brings many issues to the forefront that people will be thinking about this election. However, he has absolutely no chance of winning against Obama. He cannot string a proper sentence together and was even boo'd for rambling. He tries to present a great idea, but makes himself sound like an idiot because he just rambles and fumbles. He would be embarrassed by Obama.

  • @jordon3993 he got booed talking about the way we went after the terrorist. When Ron Paul is asked a question he ANSWERS the question instead of dodging questions like Romney and others. How will dodging question beat Obama? If you look at the polls the only candidate who could be Obama was Ron Paul. So when you come on hear and repeat what the news media has implanted into your brain that Ron Paul is unelectable you are only kidding yourself. go watch some more FOX or CNN. I'll read a book.

  • @bradlom80 : Newt always answers questions. Ron Paul got caught lying with the Osama Bin Laden question, didn't he?? He has made comments to the effect that we should not go into Pakistan and grab terrorists because it violates their national sovereignty...LOL LOL

  • @TropikalWaves got caught lying.... see that comment shows how educated you are. Just because we got him the OBAMA WAY doesn't mean there was not a better way to do it. Your false statements pisses me off. You know that is all I hear! Every bad comment you people raise is never true and can always be answered. This shows you don't have to be very smart to own a computer.

  • @bradlom80: I already knew where Ron Paul stood on the issues related to the "sovereignty" of these nations who hide these terrorists. Yeah, he has been disingenuous in his answers regarding this in these debates. I can see why (not condoning lying at all, just understand why he is doing it), because most Americans disagree with him on that. Getting testy, are we? I don't find you very smart, so I guess we're even. I like Newt's positions. Unfortunately, Romney may win.

  • @jordon3993 plus he talks from the heart! He doesn't practice his TALKING POINTS or when he is given a speech he doesn't need a teleprompter like Obama or Romney because he speaks the truth not a bunch of bs the others stat.

  • @jordon3993

You give Ron Paul a debate one-on-one with Obama, without the shitty timer, and watch what flows from the man's mouth.

He is not the most polished speaker, but given a chance to say ALL THAT NEEDS to be said, he would massacre Obama.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer I do not disagree that Paul has some great ideas and I stand with him on a number of positions. Sadly, the general election always ends up being a popularity contest rather than being based on real substance. My feeling is that we will have to get our country back little by little; meaning we need to put someone against Obama that will be widely popular. Which is why Romney, who I do NOT back, might have the best shot....

  • @jordon3993

As I've heard someone else say on a Judge Napolitano YouTube vid:

"Paul is reaching a critical mass".

People who are ignorant of him today, may not be tomorrow.

People who don't know who he is next week, may learn of him in 2 months.

He's catching like fire.....not such a weird old man anymore.....shame on people....

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer And please don't talk to me about "economic mindfulness." Based on the very little that I have stated on this little page, there is no possible way you know what my level of eonomic understanding is. Yes, I see how Pauls ideas would go a long way in helping reducing debt and, in turn, improve our economy. However, many ideas are unrealistic, i.e. removing EVERY overseas military base.

  • Stop nation building, yes. Stay out of the business of other nations, yes!! I do not disagree with these thoughts and others, but we have to be realistic here! We cannot shut down every military base around the world! Shut down over half...yes, I could see that, but we do need some strategic locations manned, which will better enable us to protect ourselves and conduct necessary procausions.

  • @jordon3993

You mean "precautions", not "procausions", right ?

Why does the rest of the world need us to hold it's hand ?

Give ONE very specific example of where/why we need a military base FURTHER then our own state borders, (with dispersed naval patrols roaming 50-100 miles off our coast), and I'll relent on the topic, and declare you the victor.

    Be detailed.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer Yes, thank you, I touched the o instead of the e in that word. By the way, since we are nit picking spelling errors now, it should be "further THAN" not "further THEN." Just some advice: If you are going to have a discussion with someone, but then point out little things that have nothing to do with the overall topic, like spelling errors, you had better make sure you don't make any yourself. It makes you look silly.

  • @jordon3993

    Ok, touche.

    So about that military issue........

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer To address you question though, I will give you might thought. No need to declare a victor, this is a discussion and nothing more as we will likely never know which of us would have been wrong or right. The world is unstable; we know that. Wars in the Mid. East play a major part in that. We have to be careful with Iran. North Korea has a new leader that will surely want to flex some muscle at some point, and China.

  • A base/presence in a place like Germany will enable us to make a much quicker response if we, God forbid, were ever attacked, but it will also give us a more central location for intel gathering and the like in that general region. No, we do not need 100k troops overseas. But if we are able to do what Paul wants and reestablish ourselves between our own coasts, it will not be necessary to have more than a few thousand overseas to complete operations and gather/analyze intel.

  • I don't want you to misunderstand what I mean by having bases overseas, either. I don't think you and I are too far off on this topic. I am all for bringing troops home, as is Paul. And spending so much money on bases and people overseas is stupid to me, as it is to Paul. But to completely eliminate all of them, would take it a bit too far and begin being counter-productive. Having some position there would be more advantagous than having not at all.

  • @jordon3993

Germany, Japan, South Korea......etc....can all take care of their own intel.

They are all wealthy countries, with established governments, and don't need us to hold their hand.

But you are saying "if we're ever attacked.....in that region".

It's NOT ours. Let these countries protect themselves.

What interest do we need to have with military beyond our own borders, other than to coerce, bribe, force.......

  • @jordon3993 People are so over-worried with China, the likelihood of a war with China is pretty slim. China can't afford a major war with the USA. Its economy would crumble. Our debt they buy? The debt, quite ironically, stabilizes the Renminbi and increases it's value. If it sells those shares their currency falls. China also gets a sizable chunk of its total profit from the USA. The danger that lies in China is a conservative, radical revolt that would cut all ties...

  • @telemarker93

EXACTLY what I am trying to tell people:

China is the PIMP, the U.S. is the HO.

A pimp might scold & smack a ho a bit, but wont kill her. Why ???

BECAUSE SHE IS THE MONEY SOURCE.

And for all you people who don't like my "ho" comment, then stop being China's bitch, and buying Chinese-made products........but most of you wont.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer While I find your answer to be a little...crass, I haven't found a better layman's explanation than yours. I am going to have to use that as an example later on.

  • @telemarker93 I'm not sure which answer you're talking about, but I'll take it as a compliment.

Most people in this need a layman's explanation on things, because Ron Paul's breadth of knowledge is overwhelming.

THAT, unfortunately, is why people call him a rambling, kooky old man, and it disgusts me.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer The one I am referring to is the China=pimp explanation and it was a compliment.

  • @jordon3993 with the USA and create a civil war. This would cause a massive recession throughout the world and cause all economies to weaken. But this is not likely considering China's government.

The true danger lies, not in a massive war, but an EMP from only three ICBMs from the Middle East or North Korea that could be caused 100 miles above the USA. All electricity will fail: Refrigeration is over, cars won't start, lights won't shine, heating is gone, fuel is over...

  • @jordon3993 And everyone within the USA loses all of their life savings. And the blackout could last 20 years or longer.

Sources for data come from "One Second After" by William R. Forstchen and "China: A Fragile Superpower" by Susan Shirk

  • @jordon3993

HOW exactly does Iran pose a threat to anyone ?

I cant find ONE person to give a well-thought, well-researched, answer on that question.

North Korea I do agree with you: The country got bamboozled by a family of lunatics.

The truth on North Korea, is that IF they ever REALLY got out of line, they would get SPANKED by China, like a bad child.

If you compare history, China was more aggressive BEFORE they went nuclear.

No one wants to be the skinny kid on the playground

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer I haven't researched the topic extensively but I think that the true danger posed from North Korea is not what we know about it, it is what we don't know. We don't know what Kim Jong-nam's intent is, we don't truly know what their weapons are, and we don't know if SK and NK relations will falter in the future. That would cause a war between China and the USA...

  • @telemarker93 I know that I said that China is not going to attack the USA anytime soon, but in her book, Susan Shirk makes a great case that China will worry more about its standing with the public in China than it's economy if an overthrow of their government could occur. (this is especially pertinent to China due to the large number of successful revolts in the past). The most likely catalyst of a potential war would actually be from Taiwan due to chinese sentiments about its validity.

  • @telemarker93 I tend to think that China would slap NK like a little bitch.

Even better, I think if the regime got too wild, China would absorb/annex NK, and there couldn't be much fight about it. I don't think anyone (like nosey US) would protest either, AND the quality of life in NK would improve OVERNIGHT.

If China hasn't absorbed SK in the 60 years it's had a chance, I don't think they will at all. They could have done it in the 80's, when we had our hands full with the USSR.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer I doubt China will even consider touching SK due to the backlash from the USA and the european nations. NK could be a possibility though because NK maintains a economic link almost exclusively with China, this would allow China to invade NK and there would be no noticeable economical fall due to a market going under during the invasion of NK. SK has too strong of political bonds with the USA for China to really consider an attack. I think it is their contingency plan though.

  • @telemarker93 China probably won't invade. They'll make NK a puppet state (not explicitly, of course), but they won't invade.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer Watchin a debate between Obama and Paul would be like watching two Jelly Donuts being glazed with Hawg Fat ,,,,simply a case of one liberal greasing the other ...Now Don't Yáll go Away mad now Mr Ron Paul Supporters , Yáll just go Away ! LoL

  • @jcline9244

I love these Ad Hominem attacks.

You like GetRich, but you won't say anything other than Paul is glazed doughnut, yuk, yuk, yuk, funny, funny......

You've not done ANY research into Gingrich, his House Ethics violations, cheating on his wife, taking 1.6Million from Fannie Mae in a GSE (which should be considered "insider" and illegal)......... etc. etc.......

No, you'll sit there and go yuk yuk yuk.......retard.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer Without the timer, Obama and the audience would fall asleep. He's a cynical old man who rambles and can't even argue his points properly. Debate is definitely not his strong point. Look how Sanctorum took down his "states should decide on the gun lawsuit ban" and he just replies with oh ok I'll give that to you. Obama is obviously much better. He won against Clinton, didn't he? If it came to a debate, Paul would lose.

  • @MeganHP13 Because he has many things that need to be said, and people like you are not smart enough to understand that. You can't jam all of it into 1 minute.

And I think 120 IQ is a good dividing line as an indicator of intelligence.

It separates the great, from the common.

Truth is, Paul suporters are irritated with trying to explain the man's big-picture view to idiots like yourself.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer The others seem to do just fine. And can you just stop it with the intelligence thing? How do you know how intelligent I am? I haven't given you any information regarding my intelligence. Just because someone disagrees with you, it doesn't make them an idiot. Frankly its just making you look stupid that you have to resort to petty insults in your arguments. Try to reply without calling the other person dumb, or you'll look like a fool yourself.

  • @MeganHP13 You seem to be engaging in personal attacks on here as well, sweetheart.

Now that you've had your 15 minutes in the sunshine, get your ass back to the kitchen and bake me a pot pie.

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer I called you an idiot once and you did it several times. I attacked cause you attacked first. Honestly, you're pathetic. You can't argue with me so you resort to name calling. Picking on my gender? Pathetic. All you've shown me is that Ron Paul supporters resort to petty name calling since they can't support their awful candidates. Just like you lost this argument, your precious Paul is going to lose the election.

  • @MeganHP1 That is Paul's problem, he has amazing points and great ideas, for the most part, but he can't speak eloquently enough to sell those points as they should be sold. Unfortunately, Romney will likely win. But anything but Santorum.

  • I loved Gingrich's answer about education!

  • Ron Paul did not do good in this debate! Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich did well!

  • @KnightxxArrow: I think it was Newt's night. Newt did extremely well in the debate.

  • @KnightxxArrow they did good saying what people want to hear/ Actions speak louder than words!

  • Obama's going to HELL! Rick Perry did well in this debate!

  • Fuck Barack Obama.Perry just bitch slapped obama on immigration...

  • Fuck John McCain and Russ Finegold, two asshole's that damage america.

  • Romney, you are getting a taste of your own medicine..

  • Newt Gingrich for President.

  • Thank you for posting this SirCujoDog.

  • take your hand off the bible When ??? your been dancing and swaying the bible belt eagle scout with words you never used in Texas in fact they will not support you in your home state so you better quit while your still walking without shame ricky dicky

  • impede our rights is what Massachusetts is all about the state is a police state

we should all have the right to gun to protect our rights guns dont kill people people kill people sue the hunter for killing our ducks is nuts

  • @TropikalWaves Why should a Congressman have to list achievements? Wouldn't you say congressional achievements can easily be considered pork-barrel spending? Or winning the hearts of lobbyists? No one congressman can say that he has really achieved great things, he can only say what he voted for/against and what his views on various issues are.

  • @Jalreal: No, you miss the mark. Ron Paul is a lone wolf in the Congress. He has not won anyone over to his side. He could not be an effective president in this way. He would not get anywhere at all.

  • Comment removed

  • Its simple mathematics. 4 out 5 of those candidates are for the 1%. Ron Paul is for the 99%. Now who are you gonna vote for?????

  • @HotPot80x Nader 2012!

  • @HotPot80x you are so full of shit!! Ron Paul is the most RADICAL IRRESPONSIBLE representative on the stage!! The REASON you think he is the OPPOSITE of the other candidates is, HE IS! He is a weak, incapable of common sense, radical individual who has NO CLUE about our enemies and HOW to properly DEFEND our interests and our security!!

I use the phrase ISOLATIONISM and get challenged on it. But LOOK IT UP! Ron Paul IS an ISOLATIONIST! go to dictionary (dot) com and type in the word!!

  • @BONZAII42 Go fuck yourself, or let Romney do it. You aint worth shit. Get educated you dumb fuck.

  • Santorum is an idiot. If not federally banning the suing of gun manufacturers would have destroyed the 2nd Amendment, then the second Amendment would have been gone a long time ago. And what about Santorum's support for gun control laws? Ron Paul is against gun control laws.

  • @punchbagJonny It was only in 2000 when New York became the first state to make a lawsuit against gunmakers who violated New Yokr's gun laws. It was a nice piece of legal maneuvering; they didn't impede people's Constitutional right to have guns, but instead, they regulated the manufacturers' ability to distribute them. When the manufacturers didn't comply with the regulations, the state sued, and opened tort for victims to sue manufacturers for non-compliance with safety regulation.

  • @chrlpolk What a slippery slope to then have our manufacturer's leave the US, which OF COURSE they would do, and then it would only be a SHORT JUMP from that to TOTAL gun control CONTROL and then a take over of the 2nd amendment!

Do people THINK before they post stuff??

Gun Manufacturers are no more responsible for deaths than Automobile manufacturers and alcohol manufacturers are when someone gets killed in an auto accident!

ADULTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS!!!!! WAKE UP!

  • @chrlpolk 2000 is now "a long time ago". 12 years is a long time and would have been plenty of time for Santorum's "fears" to occur if they were going to happen. But regardless, the 14th Amendment bans States from infringing on the Bill of Rights, so his irrational claims of the 2nd Amendment being destroyed by States are unfounded (the Supreme Court wouldn't allow it).

  • @punchbagJonny WHAT!! You are an absolute MORON!!! That CHALLENGE has NEVER existed before, because up until recently, there has never been anyone FOOLISH enough to SUGGEST that we hold MANUFACTURERS responsible for INDIVIDUAL'S actions!! But it is MOST DEFINITELY a challenge which required a DIRECT and FEDERALLY based STOP!! Becuase the next step IS redefining the second amendment!! And your candidate RON PAUL is equally as BLIND as you are!! Just like he can't tell what an ENEMY is!!

  • @BONZAII42 It was tried in 2000 in New York. And it is a matter of Tort law, which isn't part of the jurisdiction of Congress. And even though it's stupid, it doesn't infringe on citizens rights to own guns; only laws restricting gun possession do that. Also, the 14th Amendment bans states from infringing on the Bill of Rights. The supreme court would rule it unconstitutional if it ever got that far out of hand (and if they didn't, states' citizens are responsible to not allow it to happen).

  • Ron Paul got like 3 questions, and 2 follow ups. Seemed like Romney and newt got 10 a piece and they were all softballs...

  • @hillerysean awwww, did your candidate not get enough time?? I think he did. It didn't take me until his second answer to see how incredibly RADICAL, BLIND and unbalanced with lack of common sense that he is!! Anymore answers from him would have only been more damaging to him!

  • @hillerysean Awwww poor baby. Gonna go cry to your mommy?

  • Wow, "biggest hoax since Bigfoot" and Romney is a Mormon?

  • I did not like the incessant boos from the audience throughout the debate. I don't care who your favorite candidate is or what any particular candidate says, but the booing is disrespectful and just shows a complete lack of class. This is not a sporting event where that kind of thing might be condoned or even encouraged; this is the kind of thing where more respect should be expected.

  • Thanks sircujodog for posting this debate. i missed it and was glad you took the time to post it.

  • Santorum utilizing the constitution and the commerce clause and eviscerates Mr. Paul and his ignorant argument about tort law and state's rights. RP is no constitutionalist. - Pauly can't even make a cogent argument, but spews platitudes about the constitution when Santorum cleans RP's constitutional clock. Gotta luv it!!!

  • @WeknowhoUR Santorum wouldn't know the Constitution if it bit him in the ass. What you and the other candidates need to understand is that other than regulating issues between the states and providing a national defense, the federal government should have very little power. The states and the people of those states should hold the majority of the power in the country and the federal side should have little. Out of all the candidates, Santorum is the worst.

  • @jclaunch00 (PART 1) You are SO WRONG!! You have NO CLUE what the total meaning of the Constitution along with the Bill of Rights, and other federal documents represents!! Do you know why we are NOT a Democracy!? Maybe you need to go back and actually read some FACTUAL supporting HISTORICAL documentaries and or books to FULLY appreciate what our founding fathers believed!

  • @BONZAII42 Like 'Liberty and Tyranny' by Mark Levin? Is that factual? Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate that understands and will follow the Constitution to the letter. The only one.

  • @jclaunch00 (PART 2) Had this attack against manufacturers been in their times, they would have BURNED these anti-gun groups to the ground and hung them at dawn! They would also have HUNG Ron Paul by a rope for his TREASONOUS comments AGAINST Americans! You LEFT WINGED LIBERAL assholes who are so embarrassed because of your last vote for a MESSIAH (OBAMA) now rush over to the Conservative party and declare you understand our values and ideals. Do a litmus test, you are STILL LIBERALS!!

  • @BONZAII42 No, I am not a liberal and I would have never considered voting for Obama. Ron Paul's views are conservative and far from liberal. His views are not Neo-Conservative, the notion that conservatism is based solely on post-WWII America. We need to change the monetary system back to a sound system, adopt a diplomatic foreign policy, stop aiding Israel, and strengthen defense at home; all while working on the internal problems of America. We cannot afford the wars.

  • Ron Paul!!!!!!!

  • Ron Paul 2012!

  • When will these low life people realized that Ron Paul is telling the truth and he's the only one qualify.

  • newt won, he wins SC, goes on to win the nomination.

  • @danedouard With all those ethics violations, just keep telling yourself that. The ONLY candidate that is electable with a clear and consistent record is Ron Paul.

  • @jclaunch00 Ron Paul is an UTTER MORON!!! He doesn't have a CLUE about foreign policy, foreign interests, HOW to bring jobs to America, return manufacturers, KEEP DRUGS OUT OF AMERICA, KEEP A STRONG MILITARY, and has ZERO plans to fix our current state of affairs!! That's right, Ron Paul has NO ACTION PLAN!! ZERO!! Why? because HONESTLY he DOESN'T KNOW how to FIX our problems!!

    WORST candidate on stage tonight!!

  • @BONZAII42 As a registered republican I have to say you are sadly misinformed about Ron Paul.

  • @BONZAII42 You live with your head in the mud. The drug war must end. No matter the laws put into place, people will get high on something. So what's the point of legislation? People in this country drink alcohol, which produces a 'high' and we view that as okay. It is a waste of money to fight a 'drug war'. Ron Paul is the only candidate to advocate a strong military. One that will be here at home to protect the Homeland.

  • @BONZAII42 I guess his plan to Restore America and cut 1 trillion from the budget in the first year by cutting government and balancing a budget by the third year equates to 'no plan' in your mind. On the contrary, he has the boldest plan. We don't need to fix government waste, we need to end the waste.

  • @jclaunch00: pretty bold plan...I guess Ron Paul will do all this all by himself, huh?? He will just plow through Congress! Kind of like he does now, huh??? LMFAO

  • @BONZAII42

What dont you go to his webpage, and review all the issues, instead of coming on here, and acting like a butthole with the ad hominem, and negative generic statements

  • @SenatorTonyKreutzer Can you re-write that in proper English and grammar for us? Also, check your spelling. Your statement makes no sense.

  • @michaelpilot1000

    It's called sleep deprivation.

It's what happens when you own your own business.

At least I am doing something to make a difference, like speaking out, and donating money.

    Fuck off.

  • Ron Paul!!!

  • Naw Rick just had his boyfriend Fransisco pay a visit.

  • Thanks for the post....The Fox feed sucked here....SirCujoDog...

  • RON PAUL WINS
