These companies are rude, it´s the same story here in sweden...Especially if you live on the county like i do.

If you dont live in the big city then "f*ck you" thats almost what they say.

My friend was suppose to get 7 MB/S, now he cant even watch videos on youtube cos his internet are so slow.

These people should be locked in, what they are doing are criminal.

u could just get a wireless router.. thats what i have.. my dsl modem and my router are tucked away in the corner of my bedroom and the pc anywhere i want it.. wireless routers arnt that expensive,, i was out with a friend who got one for 50 bucks.. true if u dont have a receiver its more,, but i mean in the last 4 years ive been though 4 pcs and all of them have had wireless..

I had Comcast cable, but they were expensive, and also the cable went out on me several times.

But now I switched to Verizon FiOs, and my videos upload at blazing speeds. It just makes no sense why they wouldn't let you have anything other than Time Warner cable.

Man, Time Warner may be part of Warner Music Group that continues to this day, muting videos here on Youtube. It's amazing how big corporate giants can treat people like this and still stay in business.

Sadly, when companies have lots of money, like Gamestop, they can get away with a lot of things.

I remember seeing a ATT commercial where somebody says "Dear Time Warner Cable, why do you treat me this way?" So it's well known that they treat their customers bad.

Well, One thing I have to tell is, no matter how big of a company they are, they need to set policies that are consumer friendly and fair pricing, that allows them to earn their growth, instead of being a monopoly at the expense of customer service.
