@XoXoTheLyrics Its a pressure sensitive 'plate' which does a similar job to a mouse but you use a pen instead. hope this helped.

because you need a special type of pencil or pen to do that, what he/she is using is a computer drawing. but if you where , you need to do it nice and quick. and naturaly.. ^^

One thing I've noticed is manga artists draw freely and don't worry about simple details, and that's why it's different from comics. It's rougher, so it seems more realistic than lines and shadings.

a tablet is just like a pen (without ink), except that when you draw on the mouse pad it draws on the computer screen.

how can i draw manga better? i am pretty good but nowhere where i want to be. how can i get better? i read all the books i've read all the internet tutorials. how do i get better? should i take lessons and draw realistically or just stick to the school art classes and drawing manga? what pens should i use?? how do i color my pics? do i use paint or what?? should i use a brush pen?? I'm not a master at drawing manga myself, but the way I think is the best way to learn is to simply practice. And practice one area of the body at the time... first practise to draw the eyes, and then the hair, and then the torso, then the arms and hands and well you get the point! xD And then practise to put it all together. Pens and stuff like that... well... some things are better than others but pretty much everything goes. Hope I was of some help! =)

i also think it helps to watch other people draw. learn from their techniques. go by their techniques untill you you feel like exploreing into your own feeling, branching out from all the other techniques youve learned. practice and time though :)

oh and for person that made the video, good job, i really like it. i wish i had one of those drawing pads, but there like 200$ for the bamboo fun. are there any other good brands that are cheaper?

1. WATCH LOADS OF ANIME!!!

2. READ LOADS OF MANGA!!!

3. LOOK AT OTHER'S STYLES AND EXPERIMENT WITH THEM.

4.LAST BUT NOT LEAST TRY TO DRAW EVERY SINGLE DAY OR AT LEAST SKETCH SOME ROUGH LAYOUTS DOWN TO FINISH THE NEXT DAY.
