@okonh0wp Here. I'll verify. Elliott's saying it's a Scandinavian Nation where everyone has free Health Care and lots of paid vacation, and it's on the Gulf of Bothnia. It's where Vic has the (Colorado River) Aqueduct, and Elliott say Vic's just a thieving chicken and it's time he got plucked. Hope that helps.

This actually became a running gag on this particular episode, as Elliott (as Elvis) sang the 'loot/warrant/crook' bits in the second round, and just before the map dance, Barry could be heard saying "ELLIOTT HAS LEFT THE BUILDING."
