I'm so glad this is here!!! Youtube is amazing. I lost the VHS with this and other short clips on it as a child. To see this again brings me back to days of my dad getting drunk and entertaining guest with the latest in computer animation technology. Good times...

Do any of you remember another computer animated short? It was also on Night Flight and had to do with a childs computer. Inside lived computer bugs, a spider named "Web Master". Remember the name of this?

I had this tape back in the day. It had some Anniversary Canadian Computer animation as well..something to do with a movie reel as I remember. Great stuff..Pre Pixar

Despite it being a bit gruesome (refering to the bloody parts), Grinning Evil Death is just great. Nice work on mixing CG with 2D cartoon.

Loved this as a kid - still holds up today. What amazes me is that ten years after making this film, Bob Sabiston went on to be animation director of Waking Life.
