@KingMe1220 No such amendment ever passed. Section 1032 of the NDAA states that the military is not "required" to indefinitely detain an American citizen. There is no exemption otherwise made. With the Department of Defense actively considering large protests such as the Occupy movement as "low-level terrorism," and the London Police listing Occupy London as "a domestic terrorism threat," I believe you are seriously downplaying the current situation.
