To those saying it isn't a Moonsault, it is. This is what is called a Rounding Moonsault and can be harder to master than the normal Moonsault as you have to go off to the side and still aim yourself at your opponent. It was used a lot by Satoru Sayama (Tiger Mask I) and the guy giving it in this video got the impact spot on.
