As stated on the second video. This is a mod called Antlion troopers for Half Life 2 obtained via download. you can probably easily find the download from a quick google search :)
you should have been on the deck, helping the soldiers, then retreated back when the upper level was severly comprimised. its more fun on lan...when your screaming at the other guys to cover your back...lol. good try nonetheless
