  • i did 70mph...and then got pulled over.

  • sounds like peter griffin, STICK WID IT, STICK WID IT

  • I did 70MPH today.

  • @azcade101 sure you dont me 7.0mph. cause there is no human (or treadmill for that matter) that can go 70.0mph! The treadmills used in this video are the fastest on earth going a top speed of 28.0 mph.

  • im 17 and i run that fast

  • @CaseyRahnDavidFord Greg was 17 in this video. But keep up the good work. Thas awesome for that age.

  • Usain Bolt run at 27.79 mph

  • @Usainbolt77 he could actually run faster on the supertreadmills, because there is no wind resistance.

  • C'mon man!!!

  • But its easier to run on a treadmill because it forces you to that speed. You don't actually have to propel yourself forwards you just lift your legs but that's still quite fast

  • @MrSlyven, Think about what you just said, if you dont have to propel yourself, then what keeps you from falling off the back? Of course you have to propel yourself forward! Studies show that, if the treadmill is powerfull and rigid enough, there is no difference in treadmill vs over ground running, other than wind resistance. Treadmills give us and optimal training environment, where we can teach in real time. I would suggest going to an Athletic Republic center, and trying a free trial session

  • @dbulldog78 to stop falling off you lift your legs forward you dont have to push forward as the treadmill pulls the surface back but it doesn't make it that much easier i just believe its harder to run over ground

  • @MrSlyven still your thinking of wind resistance not propelling yourself forward, think of the walk ways at a airports instead of a treadmill if you still dont understand

  • Very nice. The Athletic Republic center that I train at has a fastest time of 24 or 24.5 mph. I am no where near that however lol.

  • SWEET

  • ran 22.5 today 17 years old

  • wow. That's speed
