The problem of course is in the borders and Jerusalem. The U.N. in essence, is trying to use their prestige to take away a sovereign nation's borders by vote. The United Nations and NATO were designed to PROTECT sovereignty of nations, not do the opposite.

This sort of thing will lead the United Nations down the same path as the League of Nations, that is, it will be relegated to a meaningless joke, if it isn't already. Maybe it's time...
