Nope... standard tuning for the "US". To me it's a variation of the the typical blues shuffle, with an interesting palm and finger muting. This song was written by Doyle Bramhall and... sorry I can't fetch up the lady's name... crap! This is one of the greats! The authors should simply sit back and bask in the glow.
