Thanks for the tip buddy. I was on the fence about P90x, cause my door frame won't support the pull up and I really want to follow the routine. Your site is very inspiring and I have just made the purchase. Thanks for the advice.
@chrisman30 You're welcome pal! Welcome to the family! I don't see you on my list though. Did you order through my site? If not you can still request me as your coach. Just send me a message if you are interested and I will tell you how to do it. It's free and easy. Bring it!
@furu4e Do you mean you cant reach? Try wedging it in the side of the door at the highest point you can reach. Be careful and be sure to test it first.
Thank you so much for the idea, i got the P90X system, but did not think that I could do the pull up bar right away so I have been afraid my weight would be too much for the door frame to hold me plus a pull up bar.
This does give an alternative way to do the pull ups until i can loose more weight to feel comfortable trying the pull bar itself one day. Thanks again!!
Dude, i wish you were British. Good vid though, keep up the good work.

What are the benifits of attaching the resistance bands to the door?
tmush217 1 year ago
@tmush217
You aren't ripping the bands appart like you would have with the ducktape clip
ArbitterO5 1 year ago
@tmush217 I recommend the pull-up bar over the bands but the bar is not an option for some people, in which case the bands are a good substitute!

I want an attachment to use at my own risk! Love this video.
