Don't cut the cigar. Just roll it between your fingers with some pressure, but gently, then the tobacco will loosen up and you just kinda tap it out. Then you make a funnel and pour your bud inside, then use a pencil or something to pack it. But don't fill it up all the way at first, do about 1/4 full then pack it down slightly. Every 1/4 just pack it a little. This makes it so you can have a thicker cigar wrap and no hassle of cutting/gluing/etc... Thumbs up so people can see? :D

It's not a filter. It's so you can smoke the whole thing without burning your fingers or lips at the end. For joints I roll up a small piece of index card, though I have never seen one in a blunt and always kill my roaches in my pipe.

@estevan128 It's called a filtertip where I live (Belgium and i think dailysmoker is from holland) we pretty much use it always so you can smoke all your weed without burning your fingers, so no weed would fall out of you J, and not wasting any weed. It's just paper and it's open (look at some how to roll filtertip vids and you'll see) so doesn't hold a smoke. Don't use a cigarette filter cuz that does hold your smoke (and thc) like they do in Spain..
