You got really nice looking muscles dude. Especially abs, pecs, and lats. Muscles can be built bigger and bigger, but only some people are lucky enough to have muscles that have a really good looking shape to them.

You can party, but make sure to rest. If you drink...well...everyone knows the "side effects." If you want to get in shape then do it, BUT slowly. Don´t just jump out of bed saying "Ima go to the gym, Ima start eating veggies, no more parties every night." No, just take it slow so your body and mind adapt. You could do it. Go for it.

I'm a 17 year old lacrosse player at 6'0" and 155 lbs. I'm extremely fast , but I want to put on atleast 20 sounds of lean muscle mass by the middle of the seaons (around March). Any suggestions as far as diets go? I think that's the main issue because my workouts are insane but I can't seem to put anymore weight on. Any help would be apreciated

It sure is. I'm 19, 5'9" and weight just 133 and can only bench like 105 on a max. I'm naturally scrawny and wish I started working out years ago but you're on the right path.
Not baad for a 16 year old. Try to get that body fat level down as well, otherwise you just look bulky and big, which is nothing special. High intensity interval training works best.
good stuff man.i started working out when i was ur age...im 18 now...just a tip...watch your shoulders and legs...very important and remember shoulders are devided in three muscles so work them out seperatly...but really good job..ur in better shape than i was when i started!5 stars dude keep it up

when 25-30 and starting to workout seriously you must overcome a lot of bad habits

I'm a 17 year old lacrosse player at 6'0" and 155 lbs. I'm extremely fast , but I want to put on atleast 20 sounds of lean muscle mass by the middle of the seaons (around March). Any suggestions as far as diets go? I think that's the main issue because my workouts are insane but I can't seem to put anymore weight on. Any help would be apreciated

@shocker792 get the book "bigger muscles in 42 days." i followed that program a year ago when i was 17 and went from 165lbs to 185lbs in the first month.

@shocker792 u need to try different workouts. this will shock your muscles. u need to do something different because your muscles will get used to the same workout.

Very good, but anyone can bench. Seek true potential on your "base." Go lift heavy on legs to built a skyskapper.

i work on my legs to but i dont want them to bulky because im playin footballand i wanna still maintain my speed. but my max for squat is like only 300 around that area

It sure is. I'm 19, 5'9" and weight just 133 and can only bench like 105 on a max. I'm naturally scrawny and wish I started working out years ago but you're on the right path.

Not baad for a 16 year old. Try to get that body fat level down as well, otherwise you just look bulky and big, which is nothing special. High intensity interval training works best.

good stuff man.i started working out when i was ur age...im 18 now...just a tip...watch your shoulders and legs...very important and remember shoulders are devided in three muscles so work them out seperatly...but really good job..ur in better shape than i was when i started!5 stars dude keep it up
