  • Hello what the purpose of the neutral plates?

  • The neutral lates put out gas and lower the amps going through the cell

    John AArons

  • How was it too messy?

  • I believe I took it as far as I could.. The results were not good enough for me.

I will shelf it for now...

    John AArons

  • How did this turn out for you. Are you still using it In your car? Your site is not working to get more information about the cell. Thanks

  • I did use it but decided it was to messy ... I am looking at going to electric....

  • Energy sources without the need for fuel or energy input exist ,But some very powerfull ppl don't want you and me to be free from energy costs,Find this technology at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,The revolution begins!

  • Hi John, Could you please tell me the thickness of plates in mm. Thanks again

  • .08 inch

    John AArons

  • Hi John, can we use aluminium plates instead of steel plates and what will be consequences.

  • No ... Aluminum reacts with "LYE"... you must use Stainless Steel to be safe..

    John AArons

  • If you want to bring the amps up.. fast that will do it... it seems that the Neutral Plates hold down the amps while allowing the Hydrogen/Oxygen to be produced... I am with you on this but have found it does work.

    John AArons

  • how much do you sell them for?

  • Hey John, awesome work!! I am new at this but I think what I have been doing has been going well, I do have question about the neutral plates, why what is the principle behind it? Also i've been looking through your video's Do you have one showing the wiring of cell from cell to amp meter to relay and if you have a resistor or a reostat in line. And what volt are you running yours at?? I have one video posted but that was just 1 I was playing with I have made alot of changes. Thx, awesome work!

  • Thanks for the detail info. I am building my second cell now, I will use the configuration you have shown and suggested. Grateful...

  • What you make this Hydrogen-Oxygen miXture won't it be explosive?

  • Not a good time to start smoking .. (I don't smoke).

The truth is Hydrogen is one of the safest to work with since it is lighter than air.. any Hydrogen that escapes goes out and way up..

    John AArons

  • looks great!

What about drilling 3 large holes in corners instead of cutting the corners out?

4th hole may be threaded for bolt and use nylon spacers (1/8" Nylon washers?) on all 4 corners.

Then take out the nylon screws and put them through the 2 bottom holes eliminating the need for the center holes.

You gain more surface area since the corners are not cut out and maybe there are other benefits? Don't know much. Just starting my own prototype and think I'll do it this way.

  • I have (believe it or not) tried that and came back to the notch... There are many reasons for this including the ease of making it..

    John AArons

  • Also. I will be foolling the IAT via resistors. It will run lean with it. Thinks the air is warmer than it is. (thats the idea anyway)

  • I threw my test unit Right behind the air filter. before there are tons of leaks. I used a hand held steam thing and ran it through the start of the intake. After about 5 seconds youll see steam exit a bunch of areas. These areas are places to avoid.

  • You also have to fool the O2 Sensors (my Van has 2ea) using a EFIE adjustment tool or the O2 will sense too much O2 in the exhaust, think its running LEAN, and dump more fuel, thus defeating the HHO gas introduction. There is a spacer you can get to back the O2 out of the exhaust port to fool the OBD (onboard diagnostic computer and O2 sensor, (supposidly works?)

  • You mention 10 Neutral plates, are you putting 2ea between each + -?? You dont cover that in your other videos.. Last time you talked about it, I think it was - N + - N + .....

    Sounds like its now - NN +, - NN + ??

  • (+)(N)(N(-)(N)(N)(+) etc

    John AArons

  • Thanks...

  • Just wanted to let you and everyone else in on something I'v found. The new air intake's on these cars have lots of air but no vaccum/suckion. We have to figue out a way to increase vaccum in the intake tube to suck more hydrogen into the engine so you would use less gas. The old engins with the carb's had lots of vaccum and would work great but the new one's have these mass-air-flow sensors that we have to get around. we will eventually find the secreat and run our auto's on strickly HYDROGEN.

  • I have to tell you if you put your hand in front of the air intake tube whey the valve is open you will get plenty of vacuum... but I will do a few other tricks ... keep watching

    John AArons

  • vacuum goes up and down it varies under load.

When the engine is running Higher RPM the vacuum really drops down considerably. When the engine is running slower the vacuum increases on manifold and air intake

  • Thanks John,

Is your aim to make your car totally Hydrogen only? I hope we can get to this stage as petrol/gas costs are going to drive up the cost of everything. Just look inside your fridge, everything you eat, has used some sort of fuel to get it to your house.

How many cells would you need to run your car only on hydrogen?

  • After I complete this task (increasing millage) I will go back and look at that..

    John AArons

  • stamping even better :)

Good that you are focusing on the focus cell :)

  • There is a reason I use the old relay... it is because it has less chance of shorting through..

Believe me I would like to use them..

    John AArons

  • where did you get the stainless spacers/shafts? just curious.. McMaster?

I will see if the have those..

Good on the nylon washers, thats how I am going 1/16".....Wanted to let you know you can CUT the notches in the plates with an angle grinder and thin metal cutting blade very quickly, probably much faster than the ban saw.

Plus you can cut several at once. upto 5-6 can be cut quickly and cleanly with the 4.5" thin metal cutoff disk. Then you only have the holes to drill.

  • I will be stamping them out.. very soon.
