  • @pArTyBOE82 I heard he made some independent movies, but not a hollywood one since the late 90's.............

  • @folladordeprostis i check that he direct black dahlia 2007 and other film about iraq war after black dahlia..saw those movies but had no idea that he was director..find out he also has direct snake eyes 1998 and that suprise too

  • muy buena peli de ALPACINO********5555555 STARS********FABO¡¡¡¡¡

    BLANCALOVE XD FANTASTICA^^

  • ain no friends in this shit business

  • Good movie until penalope Ann miller shows up! Ugh bad actress that just killed a gritty film. I guess they didn't want Gayle to be Latin. F'in Hollywood!!! Oh love the old school salsa tracks on it also

  • was this movie a true story?

  • What separates this with all the other gangster films is its a love story too.

  • GREAT flic < & may be Pacino's B-E-S-T .. best Flawless performances by all, superb casting !

  • Very underrated masterpiece. Maybe I'm crazy but I loved it better than The Godfather and Scarface. Al Pacino was superbrilliant. Sean Penn, Penelope Ann Miller and Luis Guzman did a great job too.

I recommend this movie to everyone!

  • How can you people even compare the great masterpiece that Scarface was to this Carlitos Way?? Scarface came out 10 years prior to Carlitos Way and yet despite that it deliveres far better character developement and is powerful from its beginning to the end! Everything from the soundtrack of Scarface, to the dialogue, character developement, camera work and not to mention far superior acting on Al Pacinos behalf outdoes Carlitos Way! That said Carlitos Way is still a powerful movie worth seeing

  • They are all great, you can't compare them

  • haha!

  • no your not the only one , who thinks carlitos way is better than scarface ... I think Carlitos way is one of Pacino's best films

  • am I the onlyone who thinks this movie is way better than scarface?...

  • Peliculón si señor!

  • This is my favorite movie. i watched it on the big screen with a nice girl. I was home from Norfolk, for the weekend.

    Navy

  • Donnie Brasco and this one are the best!!!!

  • i have to agree its better than scarface although that film was so iconic.

Carlito's way had some of the best cinematic writing ever

  • Best damn movie of all time!

  • People always talk about Scarface, but it pales in comparison to this film.Scarface was good but way over the top. This film is a lot more nuanced, but very powerful at the same time.Give me Carlito's Way over Scarface any day of the week.

  • This film SHITS all over every Gangster film.

  • i have seen this film so many time's, best film ever made, the best ever gangster film ever made...your right...

  • another GANGSTER classic! but SCARFACE was EL MEJOR!!

  • in my home stands a beutiful autographed pitchure of him in this flick that i won at caesars casino in atlantic city in 2001..its a great!

  • Al pacino the best actor thn i have never seen. spain

  • I´ve been looking for that scene with lalin, can someone put it up or know where I can find it on youtube!

  • My nr 1 favorit movie. I love Scarface, Godfather, Goodfellas. They are GREAT films but I love Carlito's Way a litlle bit more...

Soon or later your past will pull you back...

  • somebody need's to put the pool hall shoot out on here

  • this movie is slightly better than scarface just love the story especially the end

  • No way in the world is this beeter then scareface. A great movie all the same.

  • It makes Scar Face look like a student film.

  • i think it's better than scarface

  • A BIG FAVORITE

    AL @ his BEST

  • Yesterday I've seen this movie in the TV :) I don't even know which time :) one of my favorite movies , AL PACINO KICK ASSSSSSSS !!!!!

  • At :12 the judge said "painful doodie"

  • Watched this the other week wen i waz wrecked at a m8's house lol. Classic!

  • God this movie is so awesome.

  • Love the movie, love the trailer!

  • Simply, his greatest film. Thank you Al.

  • That fat heavy reminds me of Epstein from Kotter ,YA KNOW the lame with the notes from his Mommy.

  • this is the only film that i wanted the good guy to succeed! sad ending!

  • this has got to be my favorite movie

  • The Best Al Pacino Movie..for Me..I have seen it Millions Times!

  • The ending was so sad. Carlitos lawer looks like Ken Rosenberg in Vice City. Both have problems with drugs to.

  • Carlito's Way was somewhat an inspiration for Vice City

  • Yeah that's true. Vice City is inspired mostly of Scarface (with Al), Carlitos way and Miami Vice.

  • great introduction of the judge :)

  • my fav film ! nearly cried at end when he died :(

  • Even though the story line isn't the same, watching this movie reminded me of Scarface soooo much

  • Quality!

  • A Master Piece of Art..I Love it!

  • It´s the theme from 4th of July...

  • Couple of faces in this that were in scarface.

  • De Palma is a god.

  • This is one of the best movies ever made!

  • awesome movie, but scarface is a little better

  • is it the "born on the 4th of july" theme?

  • gooood fukin movie mang

  • the best movie of all time :P

  • It was terribly underrated when it was released in November of '93. It should have gotten best picture, and Pacino best actor, and DePalma best director, and Penn and Leguizamo also deserved Oscars. The score by Patrick Doyle was also perfect. It captured 1975 rather well to my memory, although I was only 2!

  • YES!!

  • One of the better tragedies.

  • Great great film, one of my favourites. Superb trailer, thanks.

  • Classic gangster movie, one of the best gangster movies ever made.

  • awesome...my favorite movie!

  • possibly the best trailer ever

  • possibly the best MOVIE ever ;)
