Is it possible to import my nike+ data (with HR) into the polarpersonaltrainer site? For the time being, the only way i found was to manually enter all the sumarized data (meaning I'm losing the detailed HR monitoring of each run)...
is it possible to not buy the flowlink and enter the data manually instead? On second thought, I might as well enter it into any calc sheet. I understand only three values are stored: max, min and avg. So entering these three values should be quite quick.
As a Certified Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Coach for Seven Wellness since 2001, I recommend PolarPersonalTrainer to clients because the site helps clients attain results faster. I have dozens of clients who use the site for added motivation and support. I personally use the FT80 with G1 GPS sensor and love it. User name 'OneKnight'

I also just bought a Polar device FT40 - and I only use Mac! Does anyone have a method for getting this software without any additional costs? If not, this HRM is going straight back to REI for something Mac compatible.
I just got the FT 80 and was very mad for the lack of mac support but what you can do is buy VMWARE Fusion and then install Windows 7 on your mac and run the program that way- its a lot of money but it works
@TheFabFoo PolarPersonalTrainer is fully Mac compatible now(Since June). The Flowlink and Datalink devices allow you to download from the FT7, FT40, FT60, FT80, RS300x and CS600x using a Mac OS. =)

Thanks! I did it, it works. It's a bit of hassle and kind of expensive but that's the price we pay sometimes for not being PC.

@TheFabFoo Well, I can run Window$ Crapista or Crapeven in SUN VirtualBox on Ubuntu Linux but what's the point?
So, dear Polar if you want me to buy FlowLink please do provide native Linux support. Forgive me asking, but how hard can it be?!
