you're right... i'm no fanboy and i am against fanboy-ism...intel's marketing tactics are real screwed up compared to AMD's...but the average consumer would likely go for intel due to it's "latest technology" whether it was stolen or not...it's still good technology ...nonetheless..the phenom IS a good processor  and AMD's a better company to deal with..but Intel just has the better stuff on the market (despite some shady marketing tactics)..which is what counts..unfortunately
