I find it very depressing that i don't get the asmr feeling.I've had it it as a child/youngster a lot, and the last time i had it was two years ago, being 17. I assume that if you, or just a person, would do this directly to me, the feeling could be easily triggered, so perhaps it is all about getting attention from someone directly and stuff. I dunno, perhaps meditation is key to unlock some resistance or whatever...

It's great to finally find other folks with ASMR but even among this growing community I still feel like a minority. Most of the people I've observed via comments seem to get head chills from a wider variety of sounds and it doesn't matter if the sounds are forced or contrived. For me, I can only seem to capture those ripples of pleasure through my scalp if the sounds occur naturally. If I'm aware that someone is make noises to purposely try to initiate ASMR it ruins it for me. Also, scratching
