No Bella's not a vampire. She died at the age of 72 I believe from cancer. It says in the plot why her and Edward think she's alive...

I think Mandy Moore is a great actress/singer and a lot of the times, I don't have clips of Kristen Stewart for Bella or a look alike of Alice. In How to Deal, Mandy Moore has the kind of "pixie" hairstyle of Alice. In A Walk to Remember, she kinda reminds me of Bella. But now I have Kristen Stewart clips so until the Twilight movie is released, Mandy Moore is my replacement Alice.
