I am a Hindu living in Trinidad and i respect my muslim brothers and sisters as they respect us. And as Hosay in Islam is recognised in Trinidad like anyother religious festival I think u should have some respect. Just as we Hindus have kept major festival such as Diwali and Phagwa alive (which are now national holidays in trinidad) I am proud of my Muslim Brother's that also kept their tradition and culture alive.
