You make a good point about just get out of the way but who kicks with their arms to their sides that last 1 you showed was pointless. I have been with tracys for years you shouldn't make up moves and say they are from tracys kenpo.

the smother on his arm that was down could have been a block to a punch very easy. i never said these were ytracy's moves. i will not put tracy's system on video or yuotube. if someone want the tracy's system then they can join one or buy the system from master al tracy. thanks for the comment

let's see your vids. don't tell me about my tech. is wrong and bring up another system of martial arts. this is kenpo like it or not. I have done kenpo for about 18 years. I am just showing some moves not tring to be a bad ass

ARE WAY TOO MANY my friend. are you happy from the result of training 19 years in one style.. you yourself should ask for something more than the outcome you give.... search inside and get back to the basics.in 19 years you are an an expert. i mean you should be the projection of pure and perfect techs...and sorry to say you are not and should not be a role model for beginners. beginers need perfect tech in order to visualise something correct.peace
