vista doesnt work with this. you need to have xp or 7 with xp mode

Sorry I removed someone's comment on accident. I used a program that comes with the source sdk kit called faceposer and then played it in gmod using the "Play Scene" addon.

I used the same programs. In the face poser i got the animation and voice in sync. Trying to play it in gary's mod it doesn't work. The scenes from the game work, not my custom.

I haven't done this in a long time but if I remember right it didn't work at first for me so I got an older version and it worked.
