It would be interesting if the entire film was put on You Tube with English subtitles. It was a bit of a letdown to watch the "final comeuppance scene" and not be able to understand a word of it! Judging from the tone in the "Dragon Lady's" voice the last few seconds of the film clip, I might not want to know what she was saying!
The title seems to translate "Murderous Intent of Hachijoh Island Dragon Lady." The diver in red and yellow is the "Dragon Lady" who tries to drown the "good girl diver" in dark blue and white. The "good girl" in league with a male diver fools the Dragon Lady into thinking she has killed her and they place a dummy at what was supposed to be her "last resting place." The Dragon Lady returns to the scene of the crime only to find the dummy. The "good girl" appears with a camera. Gotcha Dragon Lady
