@Jak3Mac I've yet to have Blue Moon. I may end up getting it in a future beer trade at some point...and when I do I'll do a side-by-side tasting with Rickard's White.
I've always found fresh coriander to be a really spicy citrus. In White beers that idea seem to be to enhance the already present orange zest flavours.
The Rickards White is better than Keiths White. It's not as good a Hoegaarden, and is clearly meant to be Hoegaarden for the masses. No where near as good, but it's not bad.
I agree completely about the chemicalness to it. This is just trying to copy Hoegaarden but it has that awful artificial orange and fruit flavours in there. It tastes like it has aspartame in it or something like that. I think it's easily drinkable, but not good whatsoever.
Worst beer

Have you gotten your hands on some Blue Moon? Is it really the same as Rickards White? Id like to hear your opinion. Cheers!

has a "PRUNE" taste, or "RAISIN" taste to it. Like a dried out grape or lemon, it's very easy to relate to this.
Good beer for a hot day, and a craving for somthing juicy, yet dull.
I highly dissagree with this being a good beer. If you want prune juice then may be it's a good choice for you.
It's not all that great in my opinion, it's rather over-rated or over-hyped.
Good beer does not have any fruits or spices added (IMO).

Fruits and spices don't make a good beer but they certainly don't make a bad one.

You shot this two years ago - does your opinion remain the same today?
I didn't like it that much and neither did henry. i'll be interested to see your comments on our review of it.

Coriander, smells like wet towels - or at least the herbs do.
