I really enjoy when a musician "Thinks Outside The Box". You do what you do, do well ! Learning a Cover song is Great, however, what matters is what you do with what you learned & how you approach it. Heck, even Tony don't play the song Live like the original recording. There are so many young guitarist that "Strive" hard to be like their favorite guitarist, only to find out "They Already Exist" ! Never trying to Find Themselves in music with Creativity.
