  • who were the 2 LOSERS that said they disliked this?!..I wish I could see who they were...I will Kick their a*#*#...this is a really good form..They're just haters because you have skills Becca. I loved it. And as long as some1 loves this, its all that matters. <3 <3 <3

  • Thank you for your compliments and input

  • Beautiful performance but this is not actually Karate, this is more like Tang soo do, Wushu and gymnastics.

  • Thank you-yes I still train and compete- Am currently on tour with the Mannatech Media Team doing demos and seminars on the NASKA circuit

  • WOW!!! That was great! Very powerful and definitely has that "wow" factor!! Are you still practicing?

  • you seem more at home with a bo staff :o

  • Thank you-appreciate your comment

  • That was one graceful, amazing Form that was.

  • Thanks

    Becca

  • Not come across this girl before, very good though. Is she american or brit???

  • she is american

  • OMG AWESOME!!!!

  • oh my goodness!! you are absolutely amazing!! i do performance karate too but i'm more of a traditional kind of kid and not so much of the performance, open karate. i've been trained in gymnastics and still can't do a lot of stuff you can do so i give you a LOT of props!!!

so keep up all the great work!!!

  • Thanks for the positive feedback-There is nothing wrong with Traditional Kata-I have seen many great competitors win with Traditional form over extreme and open sport Karate-Stick with what you know and like best-then work as hard as you can to make what you like better-

  • thanks for the tips!!

  • You are very good at what you do..I train in Hapkido and am training in the trick circuit..I want to incorporate the acrobatics into my art..now question at these competitions do they put men and women in different classes or do you all compete for the same honors? You trick better than many, many people I've seen. man or woman..keep up the good work and maybe one day I'll see you in a tourny!!!

  • Thank you for the compliment-Some local or state tournamnets mix men and women but all of the NASKA world class tournaments separate men and women until you get to overall grands-That is when you compete against each other on stage winner take all

  • Awesome... Are you trained in gymnastics as well as the martial arts.

  • I have not specifically trained in gymnastics but my coach does help me and has taught me some great moves-Thanks for the positive feedback

  • I've been having problems trying to get your DVD 'Extreme Acrobatic Techniques' The Black&Blue Productions web site didn't even seem to stock it. Do you know of anywhere where I might still be able to get hold of it.

  • i think im in love, haha

  • becca!! haha. love ya girl

  • Good form and GREAT energy! It's always nice to see things shaken up with a high-paced form! I do Taekwondo/MMA so I can appreciate the time, energy and work you put into this form! Props to ya, girl!

  • Thank you for your kind and considerate remarks

  • A lots of punches for someone who does tae kwon do..its still a nice form^^

  • Thanks-I don't do Tae Kwan Do-I do Ed Parkers American Kenpo-My forms are strickly made up for Sport Karate as Kenpo forms are really quite boring

  • i do ed parkers american kenpo too. i want to break into the tournament scene more but, as you know, american kenpo is so traditional it would never work in tournaments. but do you think form 4 would be okay to run in a traditional forms division?

  • I can tell you tha there is a girl on the ciircuit who has tried over and over to use different kenpo forms in competition, and she happens to be very good ,and has good lineage, but has never gotten more than 4th place-If kenpo is all you can compete with look for the tournaments that have kenpo divsions.I know that Compete in Ca. and Manny Reyes's Pan Ams have kenpo divisions-not sure of any others I don't use kenpo in competition because the judges don't understand it and they find it boring

  • that was awesome
