i did trial 5 on normal #3, on accident. you have to kick wait like half a second then enter the super really fast. itsd hard to explain, you wait more like 1/4 of a second AFTER HK, then enter super. dont hit HK then start spamming the super

Took so long to HK to shoryuken with controller, i had to start crouch forward HK down forward P . so your beginning the super motion before the kick starts. Did it straight away like that :)

I question Gouken's design, mainly on account that he's way to ripped.

I mean seriously, he makes Schwarzenegger in his prime look like a shrimp.

Other old characters like Gen or Oro at least looked properly aged. Gouken looks like a 20-something steroid abuser with an old man-head tacked on. Or like a shaven elderly gorilla.

Other then said head, which is I suppose the only part of his design I like, I just think the guy's way to bulky.

For those struggling with 2.17

this is going to sound silly but it really is easy. I struggled so bad at first then just did it and do it all the time now.

Firstly dont look at your tv and just have the feel for your buttons. Have Dan in the corner, Press HK but Press HP immediately after almost like you are pressing the buttons at the same time and input the QCF QCF command while spamming HP if you wish.

So the key to this whole part is almost simultaniously pressing HK and HP

Try inputing the first qcf before the HK then after hitting HK do the second and punch. Its a bad explanation but try and mess around with it

Here's how to do it:

QCF = Quarter Circle Forward (Hadouken motion)

HK = Hard Kick

P = Any punch button

So:

QCF+HK > QCF+P

That's it. Do that quickly and I promise you'll pull that combo off first try.

In order to do Gouken's Hard Kick + Super Cancel you need to do the first foward quarter motion then immediately do his kick and do the rest of the other foward quarter motion and it should cancel and do his super. Thumbs up if I helped =)

v > v > + punch

Just add a heavy kick in the middle of v > v > which means it's

v > heavy kick v > punch

do it quickly! :)

i had trouble with this one too. i eventually got it. What i did was i did the first quarter turn at the same time as the kick, and then the 2nd quarter turn, and this must be done very fast. try taping the kick real quick instead of pushing it all the way.

Seth's is fantastic, Fei Long's is better than the Japanese easily. Bison's Japanese is better, Gouken's japanese is better, Ken's japanese is better, Sakura's, Ryu's, Akuma's, E. Honda's, basically all the people on the game from Japan + Ken and Bison have better Japanese voices. Sagat's english is good, just really deep, which it should be.

To do the heavy kick to forbidden shoryuken, what I did first is rotate the directional button once then quickly press heavy kick, then quickly rotate the directional button twice and finally press the punch button
