it's a sensitive sappy and true sentimental book no not book that is too steriotypical - STORY - it is a story that's not even about the crazy over the top plot - who cares about the crazy plot -....I .... I love someone (as judy said in James dean's Rebel with out a cause -) I love somebody and it's so eassssy... sigh...that my friends is what this silly but endearihng book was all about....

I dont' care how much plot you put into a movie like this because it's not a plot based book or movie - its' a tonal book - a TONAL STORY. IT's bottlled up teh feelings of intense hushed emotions that some rare young girls (from another century who blush and smile shylyt) still sometimes feel. And IT'S (dare I say it?)SWEEET! and cute and not SEXY AND HORNY AND AWKWARD TO THE POINT OF VOMITTING!!

- the director needed to not force their acting- not try to make it mainstream sexy stuff. SEXY was the byproduct of their ....their chemestry . It was true and so like the feeling you got in the book - the book was like bottled feelings and hardwicke actually did that - so they changed it to a brain dead think with sex male director - I mean IT WAS A MIRACLE THAT THEY FOUND SUCH GOOD YOUNG GOOD LOOKING ACTORS WHOhad GOOD CHEMESTRY but didnt' edit it and utilize it so WE could see IT!

Cathrine hardwicke got that blue/grayish squishy green feeling with teh scrims and lighting and gell over the camera - to make you feel like bella and set the tone for the movie and capture tjhe feeling of the book - THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE - and I saw that robert patterson (also not the character - once again because HE IS NOT THE CHARACTER HE IS AN ACTOR) and kirsten stewart had not only a sensitive light chemestry but one very akin to the one in the book - gentle -- gentle -the director

LIKE Jane eyre or phantom of the opera (the musical - which by the way have neverf succeeded as movies except the one . So Robert patterson and kirstend had good chemestry - very similar to the books sweet - YES GENERATION THAT HATES The "S" word - SWEET hushed romance and good chemestry. What made it horrible was MELLISAA ROSENBURG!! the screenwriter - and they've kept her for all three movies!! I mean seriously??? HOLLWOOD??

KIrsten looks a good bella - circled under they eyes - a weary pensive stare - the first director did a good job I think - first off because a NEW and FEMALE\ director would tend to be less tainted by the society there be more prone to understand the heartthrob story than a "desesitzed WE WANT sex! sex! sex! sensual!! FIrst off the director doesnt give a crap about the book or the integrity of the story - I BELIEVE IN STORIES - and frankly all this pathetic ignorance on the subject of the book makes me ill -yes I admit controversey and silly side taking like this whole edward v.
