  • you officially win!

  • wow. the sound was terrible, but that was by far the BEST Lego contraption ever

  • epic

  • OMG, nice work:-)

  • забавно)

  • that is crazy!

  • useless but awesoome !

  • Was that somewhere in asia? At the end it sounds like someone speaking chinese over the loudspeaker.

I have one of those things in a toy store. There always going broken and they never worked.

  • What a beautifull thingy...

  • you must really love balls

  • sweet

  • I used to love these things when I was little

  • What's the point of this contraption besides the obvious "moving balls in a cirlce"?

  • Delight.

  • there is no point just fun.

  • coolest thing EVER

  • CO0L

  • that got sooo much cooler when i realised it was lego, top job!

  • where can you buy these "ball contraption" things?

  • its called lego

  • one comment and your convinced that I'm a retard... and do you go up to the mentally ill and call them retarded? Respect?

  • Why yes, yes I do.

  • this is lego TECHNIC! so before you go loud mouthed do a little research...

  • haha, it is legos .

  • Hmm... a little bit of information. The GBC (stands for Great Ball Contraption) is a collective, cooperative sort of kinetic sculpture. The "device" in this video is actually many separate pieces that can be rearranged in many ways, and were built by different people (in some cases people from different countries). It's "use" might be debated... but there are a goodly number of things out there with limited "usefulness" (including, in most cases, YT :) ). But it is very entertaining.

  • I wonder how many legos it took to make that.

  • are their any of these made of flip flop gates

  • Yes (but not in this video). Search YT for "LEGO flip-flop". I've even managed a "computer" (well, simple binary calculator) based on the mechanism.

  • Hhehehe who created it ....gotta be driving the Hibrid Prius lol cuz intelligent ppl always werid and boring

  • thats kool

  • I think someone got bored one night...

On a more serious note. It may looook cool. But how much electricty did you waste on that confound contraption anyway? Probbably enough to run a lego city.

  • This is the beginning of a lego city

  • wow...

  • thats amazing

  • i am a huge lego geek and wow everything in there was lego. sir i tip my hat to you that was amazing.

  • It might be nice to see something that was actualy useful. lego my ego

  • reminds me of big big loader

  • I love it, is it really all lego?Coz its soooo high-tech! Tnx anyway!

  • Ho-lee SHIT. That is without doubt the greatest Lego building I have EVER seen. Well done!

  • Beautiful!

  • wow this device is cool and the spiining black thing was intruiging

  • not bad

  • what a marvellous waste of time...

  • can't we just all get along????

  • its pretty cool i guess...couldve done with filming round the contraption a little faster...it drags on a bit

  • I love it great work.

  • ya fuck face, how u gonna send it to us, get our adresses, then your gonna rob us, i dont fuckin care how much any of us want an itouch, but im not willing to get robbed

  • hahaha

  • lol

  • There are frenches speaking ! I'm french ! I hear them !

  • u shut the fuck up u racist motherfucker

  • French is not a race.

  • And yet you fail.

  • bla bla bla bla bla dont tease rench anyway

  • Japanese......knew it

  • OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDD ITS AWESOME!

    I want 9!

ROFL its like everything I ever made with 6 volt motors, ruber bands and lego put together in 1!

I would always get asked what it does to.

The answer is not what it does its what its doing... 0_o

Breakfast Machine by Danny Elfman would make this competly kickass.

  • its entertaining

  • Cool i want one hehe

  • ahhahaah that is great

  • OMG are those lego's??? wow freaking amazing!!

    lol

  • AWWEESOOOOOOMME!!

  • O.O thats tite

  • me cawen tu puta madre me trago estpeazo de video pa ver si al final ace algo k sea util y va y vuelve a empezar

    CAPULLO!!!!!

  • MY GOD THAT'S FANTASTIC.............wtf does it do though?

  • someone has way too much time on their hands

  • it has a purpose, it causes us to waste 3 minutes of our lives

  • omg if your going to do all that work at least let it have a purpose

  • must art have purpose?!?

  • is the answer yes?

  • mexican sticky balls!!

  • AWSOME good job

  • can some 1 tel me where i can buy them giant gears from please

  • u can get them in the world.........:(

  • awesome! are those legos?

  • haha nice, You should get some glow in the dark marbles and a bunch of blacklights. It would be so much fun to watch in the dark.

  • kind of cool, I just hate that it sounds like someone is smacking on an apple in the background

  • lol seems like the footballs are having a lot of fun ;-)

  • This is probably the most expensive thing I've ever seen that does nothing, but still is entertaining

  • :( 3 mins. 32 sec. 4 nothing.

    :) lol jk

  • i had one of these when i was about 4 yr old XD

  • Harika ve müthiş entegre bir tesis şablonu..

  • whats the reason ?????:S

  • cos they can :)

  • To the young kids who say "This thing is useless" blah blah, just because it doesn't crash, explode or kill somebody. Take a tour of any industrial plant and you'll see that the devices that move parts along automated assembly lines work like these toys. When you drink a bottle of Coke or tear open a package of candies, think about how it was put together. These toys are extremely useful to help develop a child's capabilities.

  • lol they wouldnt understand half of what u just said..there to busy killing ppl to appreciate intelegiance

  • I have to agree with you

  • VOTE UATTROETRESESTTE20008!

  • no, im not amused by explosions and people dying, it's litterally pointless, what do these machines do for man kind? move soccer balls in a perpetual circle. and you just explained it, "to help develope a CHILDS capabilities" i used to be part of the lego club legos are cool, but making some sort of convention about them... is over the top.

  • almost as cool as the blue ball machine on ytmnd.

  • it's cool xD

  • nice

  • LOL Useless but genius!

  • cool, I used to do stuff like this with K'nex

  • get outta town

  • Great demonstration.

  • wow very impressive. I am looking forward your next effort. Congratulations on your success.

  • It exercised a young mind that will someday become a great mind. You will then buy products made from the company developing great products. Your money will go to this great mind's work. Was Bill stupid or did people call hin stupid? Keep exercising your mind young engineer. Use you mind to solve third world problems.

  • it doesn't do anything

  • no it does do something wile not important it does refills its self thats what i ment.:(

  • LOVE IT

  • but it doesn't do anything. no toasting bread, no turning on a lightswitch... it just keeps going

  • dude i wrote that at like 2 am and by perpetual motion i ment it just goes on without needing to be refiled. u retard

  • DUDE i wrote that at like 2 am and dude by prepetual motion i ment it goe

  • nice - really nice :-)

  • 2 words propetuel motion

  • 3 WORDS : You're an idiot. First, it's perpetual motion, secondly, this contraption does not output more or equal energy than put into it, it completely wastes energy. Do us all a favor and smack yourself for making such a stupid comment...

  • lol

  • OMG.....nest time dont take the piss recording

  • really nice. ^^

Ihr müsst echt viel Zeit haben.

  • ok..i admitt it is cool but...for wat reason was this created?????????????

  • These are called Rube Goldberg Devices. Rube Goldberg was a famous cartoonist who drew complex maschines that do simple tasks. His point was that we sometimes take the long and hard way to do things. Remember Wile E Coyote? He used many of these to try to catch the Road Runner. Now there are Rube Goldberg Competitions, for students to show off their engineering talents.

  • i have been thinking about a way to make prepetual motion... all i need is a ton of high output generators and a motor that takes very littyle power and spins powerfully and fast...

  • Absolutely awesome! i wanna make one now...

  • yay how fun

  • wasted of power

  • that's so cool. i wonder if any ever made a self winding toy...when you wind it, it starts winding itself forever

    o.o

  • perpetual motion; theoretically impossible, but a fun idea. energy is always lost; it would last a while, but eventually lose all the energy in heat, noise and vibration.

  • cool but y..there is no purpose of it

  • Lego. And I see no place for error there either!

  • cool machine jsut well bad flming!

  • Woot!

  • wtf is it for?

  • that was good

    smaller than i expected

    ~C~

  • Can I have my ball back Plz?

  • class!

  • Pure Brilliant !

  • cool, but useless.

  • horray legos!

  • actually it was k-nex

  • No it IS lego. Lego Technic and Lego trains from what i can see.

  • That must have taken some time and money!

    Intelligence too

  • well that solves that problem then.
