1. The HAARP signal does NOT "bounce back". The whole point of the experiment is that it gets absorbed in the D layer, which is what it does.

The depth of an earthquake isn't always easy to measure, especially if it is a shallow earthquake. If no data is immediately available, an earthquake gets reported as an agreed upon default depth until more information becomes available (if at all). That default depth is 10km.

The D layer is not the outermost layer of the ionosphere.

The effect of HAARP is incredibly faint. It takes special sensitive equipment at the facility to even register the change.
Decades of ionospheric research using various ionospheric heaters have shown consistently, that the effect is utterly negligible. Like dipping an immersion heater into the Yukon.
A small local heating, that disappears seconds to minutes after, with zero permanent effect.

I don't know where you get your information, but the effects of the nuclear detonations are long gone.
The energy that is in the ionosphere comes from the sun, and the magnetic field arises from the core of the earth. There is no need for humans to add to these energy sources, nor do we have anything capable of comparing to them, even fractionally so.

Auroral lights are vertical streaks of mostly monochromatic light.
This is rainbow colored and structured in a horizontal color order of red over yellow, over green, over blue.

The depth of an earthquake isn't always easy to measure, especially if it is a shallow earthquake. If no data is immediately available, an earthquake gets reported as an agreed upon default depth until more information becomes available (if at all). That default depth is 10km.

@webmaster2850 - The reason why the bible and Jesus said these things like matt 24:7 is because God the creator exists outside of the universe, therefore the 4th dimension time. He sees the past,present,future simultaneouly. It means God has seen the beginning from the end and warns us that in the last days elitists will cause trouble, but dont worry, because the bible already says these losers will lose in the end.

Some Prediction of a massive quake in Rome for may 11, 2011. Today. No Show. Y2K? No show, Jesus coming back 5-21-11'? Don't think so.
What I do think is the powers that Be, are using all these other little predictions of Doom to condition people so they won't think Mayan 12-21-2012 is real. Because they WANT You all to Die un prepared. Its a Religious war against Mayan 2012'ers too.

@bushtyranny I do agree they do not want people to be prepared. But it is the propaganda machine who has put out the date 12-21-12. What ever is going to happen, it will occur before that time. They used Y2K as a false flag to measure peoples response.
And the so-called made up "rapture" is nothing than a false teaching that has been poured out to pacify people to sleep, like many other false teachings also do.

We are losing our honeybees. That methane gas is leaking out of the ocean floors, most likely having to do with fault lines moving. The iceburgs and glaciers are pretty much history. The scientists say we are heading to another ice age. Snow in places where they never see it. NWO ? Will happen

1. Correction: A few select locations. Not "all over the world". That's misleading.
2. Yes, I do. But I don't go around proclaiming that I know why. Or even that I think I know why.
3. I certainly do not ascribe it to a scientific facility that couldn't possibly have affected animal life in general, or much less anything or anyone in the aforementioned localities.
