  • Why doesn't the piano "read" the trills? The roll itself is truly amazing and the piano has a wonderful tone--rich and resonant. Thanks for posting this.

  • @chem100 Yes it was ashame the trills werent happening at this stage , but ive had the Duo art expession box removed and fully adjusted and its great to say that they are now there when i play the roll.I might even re-record this roll in a new clip soon. Thanks Dan :)

  • @chem100 You have a jewel there. Please keep posting, would love to hear more.

  • @chem100 Thanks Mate :)

  • I can't read that fast!

  • Beautiful piano..

  • Wow! This is really cool! What a clever device!

  • HI Dan, Your piano sounds beautiful. I agree with Robert, above, it's a great piece and actually many pieces sound different than when played by Percy Granger - although I like his playing also. Audiographic rolls are indeed a rare treat. The few that I have are better preserved than most other original D-A rolls. One big factor is that Aeolian used superior quality paper for their Audiographic series. Thanks for posting, Best,Tom

  • DAN - I LOVE this piece and your piano sounds quite beautiful - the bass is rich and substantial. This performance is quite different from the Percy Granger.... Robert
