I once had a friend of mine who could sing exactly the same way, with the same tone & pitch & same vibrato and all. It was incredible! I recorded her a few time on a cheap tape recorder while she sang with Streisand record playing. No one could differentiate which voice was which! She could nail "Song Bird" like only Streisand also could. I tried to convince my friend to at least try to build a career, but she wouldn't. It's so sad because I'm totally convinced she would have had great success!

The plastic and airbrushed, computer altered clowns out there today, they will never hold a candle to this pure and magical voice. I remember this song growing up.
