  • This song is so beautiful that deserves more views...Thanks for uploading.

  • Breathtaking song from an utter masterpiece.

  • They are SO super! Keep it up fellas... such a beautiful song!

  • Why are these guys not being promoted in the US? I have been a fan since '78 and I have seen them once but would like another chance. :-(

  • For me their greatest piece of work to date. What a song. What vocals.

  • Just adore these Te Awamutu, Kiwi brothers, want more of you two! Do another album together make me love it forever!

  • When those two harmonize, I could swear that's what angels sound like when they sing. Absolutely incredible... seriously underrated, but perhaps that makes them all the more special...

  • One of my favorite of the Finn Brothers videos. And on the shallow side....I just want to run my fingers through Tim's sexy hair.

  • Amazing song!

Bad hair day for tim though...

  • I'm pretty sure it's them in the horse as I saw them take the stage once in this costume and milk it for all it was worth. Tim looks like a homeless person in this video!

  • One of the best songs they've written. It didn't grab me at first but each time I hear it, it just grows. It has so much sadness in it and it makes me feel that.

    A classic!

  • Gorgeous song, gorgeous album, gorgeous sentiment....gorgeous, gorgeous, a hundred times over. I love me some Finns.

  • Although that horse might be invading my nightmares soon.

  • LOL! I think it's so funny that Tim is the horse's behind.

  • Stunning masterpiece

  • Brilliant! Thanks!

  • i have every single album or cd that neil or tim have ever made from split enz to crowded house to finn brothers and their individual solo careers... yet this is one of my absolute favorites. Absolutely beautiful...and very thought provoking...

  • I cannot stop thinking that they are the most under regarded song writers in the world.

  • @echidna18 They are not overlooked by any means. True musically studied fans and fellow musicians know just how good they are.

  • Beaaaaaaautiful!!!

  • beautiful sentiment..this is up there with elvis and roy orbison.

  • Amazing Band

  • Wonderful Song about how life changes and how we value each day we are given.

  • "Taste the edible flowers, taste the edible flowers, scattered in the salad days." Such a touching song about growing old. These two are songwriting geniuses.

  • This really touches the heartstrings. The video is dramatic like the song. Deeply moving

  • Brilliant. both

  • Good song, but disembodied voices would have been my pick as a video

  • So amazing. The chorus is just amazing.

  • I luuuurve the chorus. It just bursts in. :P:P

Tim looks like 'the mad professor'.

  • I love this song. Another brilliant piece from Tim and Neil with their fantastic melodies.

  • A really very good song indeed.

Beautiful melodie. I bet McCartney wishes he could knock one like this out.

  • The difference between Neil and Paul is that Neil knocks these things out on a consistent basis. All killer.. no filler.

  • Affirmative ++++++++++++++++++++

  • I love it

  • I tell you what!! was looking for hibiscus edible flowers, and came across this clip

love it never heard of you, but hello wasted guys

why haven't i heard of you????????

  • LoL, looks like they're ripping off the national bank ad!

    Great song!

  • Amazing stuff.

  • do you reckon it's actually neil and tim inside the horse costume?

  • I like to think so, but really I have no idea.

  • I like to think so too, but it's not fair that Tim has to be the horse's rear.

  • Privilege of being the oldest

  • What a gorgeous song. It gives me tingles.

  • Me too Princess!

  • fantastic, this song breaks me up

  • Just like a fine wine, they just get better with age. Absolutely enjoyable.

  • I agree 100% with luvmusic5366...I have always considered the Enz to be the Beach Boys of New Zealand and the 80's. Very underated indeed. Ive got to get this CD.

Rock on and be well my funky friends!

  • just added this to my favourites great song!!

never listened to any of their music until recently glad i did!!!

  • It's absolutely amazing how different the verses and choruses are from each other but they fit together so beautifully! I can't think of any other song like it. Breathtaking.

I wonder whether only two brothers could write two such varied pieces that are so perfectly complementary.

    Magnificent. My new favorite song.

  • I can`t get over this song since I heard it amazing job, beautiful music and lyrics!!! the words are truth..

  • very under rated the finn bros this song is superb up there with dont dream it's over

  • The most beautiful song ever written.

  • They deserve to be inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame one day..Their music gets to me. It's real!

  • Amen to that.

  • Just great, really great

  • A wonderful song & love the imagery of the video, pure art.

  • I prefer the version Neil & Tim did on "7 Worlds Collide".

  • i mean tim*

  • You're born with that talent. Can't be learned. These boys are legends.

  • this true... so they ledgends are born not made

  • look at time pure talent

  • excellent stuff

  • It was like they were born to harmonize!! The horse is kind of creepy xD

  • Beauty...

  • You know how a song can take you back to the time when you last heard it, well this song is THE song for last summer for me, and I listen to a lot of music... there is magic here... the craft at it's best... sun peeping behind clouds... hope after sorry... in a nutshell, reality. Music that touches the deeper parts of the soul. Thankyou brothers Finn. Josh, Australia.

  • Wow.

  • These guys are sooooo Great!! So glad I got to meet each of them in San Diego, at different concerts. Thanks RoyBern for introducing their music to me. And THNAK YU Neil & Tim for giving us your music, sharingyour alent & time! Cheers, J9

  • This video always makes me cry. Like, every time I watch it. Seriously.

  • "I'm hardly here at all" Pay no attention to the wide eyed girl in the corner... just enjoying "the pain and the pleasure"... DAMN if this guy isn't one talented lyricist!! Wow! Gorgeous gorgeous song!

  • Class ! beautifull music. I get lost in this also "Wont give in" Technically brilliant musicians.

Cant wait for the new stuff.

  • Yeah, it's pretty moody to begin with, but when Neil breaks in with the chorus "who owns that space?" and his voice soars with Tim's harmonizing, I can only sigh & wish I was there in person to hear this. On the same album, listen to the intense A Life Between Us & try not to weep in the face of all that love. My current fav. album by far.

  • indeed, exactly how I feel, I wish I was there

extraordinairy music, deep and warm and far beyond the realms of what we know.. an new horizon is what they shaped for me... so many good memories on this one

i am from Holland and I ve seen New Zealand... so beaitiful this song always circles through my mind..

  • absolute brilliance with this song. I know it aint single material but we all need to look to the deeper stuff if we are going to appreciate true music properly.

  • I agree, this song is great, i also cant wait for the new CH record!

  • Finn rules... Can't wait for the new CH record!

  • fantastic - way too good - light and shade used is just breathtaking

  • brilliant. no other word for it.

  • I love the Finns, but I really dislike this song a lot. Too depressing. Too dry. Not their top work.

  • Listen carefully, it's not as depressing as you think..I know what you mean when I heard it though...

  • great record
