Actually giving sonic a sword techincaly increases his strength! if you give shadow a gun he only loses strength because he only press a button and your opponent are dead! You need strength to slash enemies down with swords! so sonic gets more power by using it!

actually sonic still has the homing attack in this game............ but it wont hurt enemies it is used for going across places that can't be done by normal jumping but practically the homing attack is just used for going other places (which kinda sux as u said)

i'm not sure if its just me, but has anyone realized that all of the worshippers of evil (aka bad guys) look the best and all the good guys look like their costumes and looks were thrown together at the last minute? i mean, look at arthur (aka black knight). it seems SEGA put a lot of time into making his character. now look at sonic. he gets a knight glove. that's it for a new costume. shadow get most of the set, which is good, because hedgehogs don't look good with knight plating
