The fact of the matter is that the companies you can rent these things from hire pretty shady characters to take these things out. The reason it flew up like that was most likely due to the fact that the attendants were probably sitting in their truck not paying attention to the fact that the wind was pulling the stakes out of the ground. they only use large tent stakes so if the ground is soft its not hard to pull them out
