How to Prep & Prime lips

I've found it's really easier and less painful to exfoliate with a damp washcloth after a shower. It softens the dead skin with the steam and heat.

i do the tooth brush thing and i rub sugar with a little water on my lips to exfoliate

u have beautiful lips, i guess you are practicing what you preach huh gurl?? i just pile on lip balm all through out the day, before lipstick before going to bed and all through out the day, i cannot have bare lips, i need to have either lipstick, gloss or lip balm, especially if wearing matte lipstick...
